Week 3 Vlog is up! I have about 9 weeks left till my second comp.
Before that I just want to thank Women's Health Malaysia again for inviting me to be on the cover of their magazine. I also found out it would be their last issue for the Malaysian side. I'm saddened to hear the news cause Women's Health and Men's Health have been two of my fav magazines. But I wish the media company all the best :)
I touched on why I will NEVER eat butterfish again because it gave me "anal leakage". Not fun, watch on for the explanation.
I also explained the difference between a REFEED vs CHEATMEAL and how a refeed helps better with the fat loss process.

Back from Malaysia last night. Today I was invited by Men's Health magazine and Eucerine to be a guest speaker in the event "Extreme Do It Over". Fun day with young handsome guys. ^^

Week 3 Vlog is up! I have about 9 weeks left till my second comp.
Before that I just want to thank Women's Health Malaysia again for inviting me to be on the cover of their magazine. I also found out it would be their last issue for the Malaysian side. I'm saddened to hear the news cause Women's Health and Men's Health have been two of my fav magazines. But I wish the media company all the best :)
Lots went on last and the week was a rediscovery about food. I learnt that I will never eat butterfish again - at least not in massive quantities, because it gave me "anal leakage"! Yes you heard me right, oil was coming out because my body wasn't able to absorb the fat nutrients. Most horrid experience and I'm telling you this because I don't want you to get a yellow stain next time, because you weren't aware bout how butterfish / white tuna / escalar can effect you. Its due to the fish eating Wax Esters which they can't metabolise properly, hence us humans would have digestive issues with it too. If possible, just don't eat that fish again.
Second thing i learnt this week was on the difference of a refeed and a cheatmeal. I used to have my epic cheatmeals in my previous comp prep, every Sunday night. The difference- a refeed controls how much i'm eating and what kind of macro i'm increasing after maintaining a particular diet plan for about 2-3 weeks. Which helps better in the fat loss process and for those of us who are tracking macros through IIFYM - "If it Fits Your Macros". The cheatmeals may or may not work to my advantage as I've come to learn, at least while prepping for a comp.

Varnam MITV (2004-2006)
Varnam, an extinct local Tamil entertainment channel, was the first 24-hour Tamil channel in Malaysia, entertaining all age groups when it was launched in April 2005.
As Varnam's former TV Producer, I personally produced and edited some of their programmes that never reached the mass audience due to their early closure. To name few...
1. Apsaras - a women beauty and health programme.
2. Vegham - a car magazine programme
3. Minsara Kanna - men's health and fitness programme
4. Sunday bazaar with chef arun
and there were many more produced by fresh and young producers back then...
I take this opportunity to present some snippets of the programmes that I have produced in Varnam.
This was a channel that was set to make a difference to the local Indian market that caters to the modern, hip, global Indian men and women who know what they want.
Most of these programme are now were reinvented in Astro Vaanavil, but I believe Varnam did set the standard to where they are today.
It was all happening here in Varnam ...
