慶生除左影左輯生日相外，仲嘗試咗另一個好好玩嘅水上運動～
就係「美人魚體驗班」🧜🏻♀️🧜🏻♀️🧜🏻♀️
國際美人魚聯合會（MFI）會有M1-M3嘅初階至進階課程比大家～
而好似我呢d完全未接觸過嘅就可以先試1堂M0 體驗班～

一般都會係池邊做一系列熱身同講解，跟住就會嘗試套上美人魚腳蹼去試游～
套腳蹼就最好著返對襪🧦以免刮親腳跟～
而技巧方面發現同平時一般去🏊🏻♀️游水好唔同～
發力主要係用個身，同埋套埋靚靚嘅魚尾後真係好重呀！
玩完條腰係勁攰，絕對可以瘦身減肥‼️‼️

同埋呼吸運用個度始終係新手，覺得做得唔夠好～
希望做多d練習可以未來再玩嘅時候會表現得好d喇😎😎
至於係咪需要識游水先可以嘗試？
其實就唔係，只要你唔怕水就可以試㗎喇～
而完成左一堂之後仲有證書添👑👑

とはいえ、水温はまだ26℃くらいしかないので、裸同様の姿で水中撮影していると一気に身体が冷えちゃうのです。いつも船上に用意して頂く小さなバスタブが私のライフラインです。When I do #underwatershoot I always request for a #bathtub on the boat. Can’t do without it because the water temperature is still only 26℃ ish. 🙌🏾 #mermaidlife #roxylife #momlife #livewild @pacificmother_film
