今年聖誕大家過得怎麼樣呢？疫情下，是不是都沒有以往熱鬧呢？去年我獨自在加國過了個孤獨聖誕，今年回到香港不幸遇到疫情。雖然如此，感謝身邊的素食朋友，讓我過上了一個非常豐盛和美滿的純素聖誕節！
純素聖誕吃什麼
除了在外吃了兩頓超棒的聖誕大餐 (稍後再為大家介紹)，其他時候我都是在朋友家過喔 🥳 我們自己做了一頓看似簡單的料理，但那意大利麵好吃到我覺得可以賣了！還有朋友親手做的生機聖誕蛋糕 😘 還有純素燒烤，烤菇菇、素肉丸、茄子、香腸，再加純素羊肉鍋，真的是絕了！今年更是幸運到能吃到生機芝士和朱古力！運氣好到沒朋友 🤣🤣🤣
純素聖誕玩什麼
聖誕節，少不免要交換一下禮物吧！這才有過聖誕的氣氛！而且有誰不喜歡收禮物 (特別是女生 😁)。今年，我跟朋友們決定把家裡自己用不到的東西，包裝一下，就成了聖誕禮物了！又不需額外花錢，又比較環保 🎁
最後，我知道，疫情下盡量少聚會！除了這以外，我更希望大家能減少吃肉，讓身體更健康，抵抗力更強喔 💛
How was your Christmas? Under the epidemic, is it not as lively as before? I spent a lonely Christmas in Canada last year, and unfortunately encountered an epidemic when I returned to Hong Kong this year. Nevertheless, thanks to all my vegan friends who let me have a very rich and happy vegan Christmas!
What to eat for vegan Christmas
Except for two great Christmas meals outside (I will introduce to you later), other times I spent it at friends' house 🥳 We made a seemingly simple meal by ourselves, but the pasta was too delicious that I think we can sell it! There are also Christmas Raw Cake made by a friend 😘 There is also a vegan barbecue: grilled mushrooms, vegan meatballs, eggplant, sausages, and vegan lamb pot, it is really amazing! I'm lucky enough to be able to have Raw Cheeses and Chocolate this year 🤣🤣🤣
What to play for vegan Christmas
At Christmas, exchange gifts become a tradition! And who does not like to receive gifts (especially girls 😁). This year, my friends and I decided to wrap things that we don’t need at home and make them as the Christmas gifts! No extra money is needed, and it is more environmentally friendly 🎁
In the end, I know that there are as few parties as possible during the epidemic! In addition to this, I also hope that everyone can eat less meat to make the body healthier and stronger 💛

First of all, Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you had a splendid one with friends and family yesterday and stay safe ?
For this holiday season, we’ve planned some festive shoots for some of my favourite brands including Diptyque, Jo Malone and L’occitane. All of the shoots are so fun and I would like to thank my team for making everything possible!
2020 is great , It’s amazing to have TEAM CHRISTINNA K a gathering and members are growing ?
Besides, my family and I also hosted a little Christmas party for our staff and close friends as a token of appreciation and our way of saying thank you ??
In a nutshell, it’s been a crazy year, but we’re still trying to make the best of it. I hope 2021 will be a better one, sending lots of joy and love to all of you ?

Wish everyone a merry, safe and healthy Christmas this year! I guess we can all agree that chocolates have become one of the essential item when it comes to Christmas so I made a double chocolate chiffon cake this year. It is richer than chocolate chiffon cake which only uses cocoa powder. However, because of the added fat of the melted chocolates, it is important to have a meringue that's whipped to perfection or else the chiffon cake will be dense other than light and airy.

Mold size: a 6-inch tube/chiffon/angel cake pan
(avoid non-stick pans)
♦ Ingredients:
►Yolk batter:
3 egg yolks
Sugar 15g
Vegetable oil (I used canola oil) 35ml
Dark Chocolate 70% 20g
Milk 60ml
Cake flour 40g
Cocoa Powder 10g
►Meringue:
3 egg whites
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon (5ml)
Sugar 50g
Corn Starch 5g
►Decoration:
Whipping Cream 150ml
Cocoa powder 8g
Chocolate pieces of your preference
雙重巧克力威風蛋糕
模具: 6吋中空模1個
(烤模材質不可以防沾)
♦ 材料:
►蛋黃麵糊部份:
蛋黃 3個
細砂糖 15克
液體植物油 35亳升
70% 黑巧克力塊 20克
牛奶 60毫升
低筋麵粉 40克
可可粉 10克
►蛋白霜部份:
蛋白 3個
檸檬汁 1茶匙 (5毫升）
細砂糖 50克 (分3次下)
粟粉 5克
►裝飾:
淡忌廉 150亳升
可可粉 8克
巧克力塊 隨意
