Behind every achievement, there's a success story behind. (maybe it doesn't apply to all now but still, most) In this millennium, we hear about how easily the millenials get what they want because they have all those easy resources backing them up which makes them kind of demanding for what they think they deserve or equals to.

Honestly, you're not a young entrepreneur to me if you bring in a franchise brand from oversea if it is by all means not using your own effort or resources but only your name.

Honestly, you don't deserve that demanded job pay of yours if you can't perform as required. You think you are worth that price just because you have that paper certificate of yours or because you have spent a few years in uni. Reality is, you are already fortunate enough to be hired with payment when you have nothing they need but only the passion to learn and grow. Why? Coz they are paying you to learn and pick up skills they need you to have in order to do your job! Do you see who is at loss now when you are hired to learn? It's the company, not you. Learning institutions don't even pay you to learn and guarantee you a job after.

So there you go, if you think you deserve something, put deep thoughts into it and put real effort to achieve it. Only with real effort and sweat will your achievement(s) be truly inspiring and put people in awe.

Part of growing up is to learn to act base on reality.
