Sonambiente Berlin Txl is a music festival featuring mostly sound art. The last two were held in 1996 and 2006. This year’s festival will be held in Tegel Airport in Berlin, as a farewell to the airport.
Tegel Airport was opened in 1974 and was a legendary and historic airport after World War 2 since it was the bridge connecting West Berlin and West Germany, witnessing many major events in the history of modern Germany. Sadly, it was officially closed at the end of 2020 because of the outmoded facilities. The airport was surrounded by the sounds of aircraft engines in the past. Therefore, in the homage to this incredible airport, sound art is used to present these unique sounds from the sky. Huang Hsin-Chien has also worked with Laurie Anderson to create the VR work “To the Moon”! Check out the website and catch the last flight from the Tegel Airport now!
於德國柏林舉辦的Sonambiente Berlin Txl 是以聲音藝術作為主要展出的音樂節，過去兩屆在1996年與2006年展出，今年則進入第三屆，選在柏林泰格爾機場展出，作為對泰格爾機場的最後告別。
柏林泰格爾機場自1974年啟用，因設施陳舊於2020年底正式關閉，該處曾是二戰後的傳奇機場，在當時是聯絡西柏林與西德的「空中橋樑」，也是承載了眾多德國近代歷史的傳奇機場！
過去充斥著飛機引擎聲，而現在用藝術來表現這「機場的聲音」，展出聲音作品、以及黃心健與和Laurie Anderson 共同創作的VR作品《登月》！進到官方網站，一起在雲端搭上由泰格爾機場起飛的最後一班班機吧！
