Thank you @twentytwo13news for this write up. You can read of the story how I first met Her Majesty Queen Azizah @airtangan_tunkuazizah in London at Trafalgar Square when I was running Masterclasses for Malaysia Kitchen campaign for Matrade in 2014 and how I was so embarrassed! 🙈 Since then the friendship developed and so happy that she becomes the Queen of Malaysia, and we are very lucky to have such inspiring and beautiful Inside out King & Queen. Malaysians will definitely agree with this statement.

Yesterday was my last demo for the MOMC campaign as 2021 I will be busy with few new projects and commitments, one of them is becoming Adjunct Senior Lecturer for Taylor’s University in Malaysia @taylorsuni_sfsg by running online lectures and projects for them - you can read more on @twentytwo13news website! MOMC New Year's Eve broadcast with special guest Her Majesty Queen Azizah who will be joining us Live On Air. Chef Norman Musa will be cooking 2 dishes from Queen Azizah's cookbooks (available at CheminahSayang.com) - Opor Burung (braised quails in herbs & spices) and Ikan Garaman (salty fish in coconut gravy); he will be assisted by his friend Melissa Feij in The Netherlands.
