If you love coffee, you will love a refreshing glass of Very Berry Coffee Soda! It is a great fizzy way to enjoy the Nespresso's new BARISTA CREATIONS Freddo Delicato coffee. The freshly brewed coffee has fruity notes and a delicate aroma, so we decided to pair it with some of our favourite berries and sweetened it with some blackcurrant syrup. This refreshing creation is easy to make and you can replace the berries with your favourite fruits. Here’s my recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 Nespresso Barista Creations Freddo Delicato capsule
- Soda Water
- 15ml Blackcurrant Monin Syrup
- Ice Cubes
- 3 slices of Lime
- Raspberries
- Mint (for garnish)
Steps:
1. Pour Blackcurrant Monin Syrup into the glass.
2. Add a layer of ice cubes.
3. Pour soda water until about 2/3 of the glass.
4. Add 2 slices of lime and a few raspberries on top of the ice.
5. Extract 1 capsule of Nespresso Barista Creations Freddo Delicato over the ice and fruit.
6. Garnish with a slice of lime, a few more raspberries, and fresh mint leaves!
