I have been overweight for the most part of my life, probably since secondary school days. And to be honest, it didn't really bother me - fat jokes and all. But I think there comes a point in time when I want to be healthier for my family.
And thanks to Covid-19, being forced to stay at home allowed me to start exercising. So every morning, together with the wifey, we just followed workout videos on YouTube for a good 45 to 60 minutes. We started with simple cardio and core exercises in April and for the past 3 months, we have been doing cardio kickboxing workouts. Oh, and avoiding carbs for at least 2 meals daily.
So there you go, it took me 6 months to go from a bloated whale to this. And in the process, I lost 20kg. I didn't actually think I lost that much weight - you know how the whole self-perception thing is always skewed - but when I placed earlier photos of myself beside current ones... Ok, I can see the change. 😅
But I'm not a trainer, I'm not an athlete, and definitely not a fitness blogger. And I sure do not have any koyok to sell. I'm just a regular guy with a (huge) Dad bod so if I can do it, you can do too. All you have to get your ass off the floor and get into a routine. It doesn't have to be a long session; even 15 to 20 minutes daily is good enough. All you have to do is START. Jiayou! ☺️

2️⃣運動:我知道動力不足時,這個特別的難!但我發現的事實是,在我低潮時,我反而鍛煉起來的效果會特別好!不要過度思考,直接穿上你的鞋子,套上你的耳機就開始吧!能去戶外的話更好,補充陽光和維生素! 🏃🏻♀

3️⃣咖啡:我想我不需要解釋這一點。因為咖啡因是多巴胺的助推器,心情blue時,他就是額外的好提神工具。(但我每天只喝一杯咖啡喔!) ☕️

4️⃣面對:我的意思是面對你的惡魔~你低潮可能是因為當下有些事情讓你感到困擾,但是這些事都是需要背完成、解決或被接受。不要拖延你的重要任務或推開煩惱,而是直接面對它。因為面對後,你會很有成就感並放鬆很多! 😈

2️⃣EXERCISE: I know this one can be a hard one, especially if you feel low on energy. But the truth is, some of the best workouts happen when you feel like sh**. Don’t overthink it, put on your shoes and your playlist , and GO! 🏃🏻♀️

3️⃣COFFEE: I don’t think I need to explain this one. Caffeine is known to be a dopamine booster, it never fails to give me the extra lift I need for those blue mornings. ☕️

4️⃣FACE IT: What I mean by this is, that you probably have something on your mind that bothers you, and needs to get done/solved/or simply accepted. Instead of dragging your important tasks and pushing worries away, face them right on 😈

ボリューム満点の小倉トーストを熱々濃厚なコーヒーで流し込む!愛知県名古屋市『BUCYO COFFEE ブチョーコーヒーカコ』に初訪問!名古屋駅から徒歩で約10分強にある百名店にも選ばれたお店です。名古屋といえば喫茶店、モーニングというイメージが定着するほど、他の地域にはない独特の喫茶店文化があります。ブチョーとは店主のあだ名が由来だそうで、丸い形のカイザーパン(通常のトーストもあります)に店主のお母さんが炊く甘さ控えめの小倉がたっぷり乗った“小倉カイザー”と自家焙煎した濃いコーヒーが同店の看板です。とても美味しかったですし、レトロで可愛い雰囲気の店内はかなりインスタ映えするので、若い方も数多く訪れていました。ロイドごはんでは珍しい⁈名古屋名物の喫茶店、早速ご覧ください!

Pour a hearty Ogura toast with strong and hot coffee! First visit to "BUCYO COFFEE" in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture! It is one of the 100 famous stores located about 10 minutes on foot from Nagoya Station. Nagoya has a unique coffee shop culture that is not found in other areas, so that the image of coffee shop and morning is firmly established. It seems that Bucho is derived from the owner's nickname, "Ogura Kaiser" with plenty of low-sweetness Ogura cooked by the owner's mother on a round Kaiser bread (there is also a normal toast) and strong coffee roasted in-house. Is the signboard of the store. It was very delicious, and the retro and cute atmosphere of the store looks pretty Instagram-worthy, so many young people visited. Rare for Lloyd's rice⁈ Please have a look at Nagoya's famous coffee shop!

Today, I’m going to be talking about pooping. ? Yup, we’re going to learn how to poop more frequently and healthily.
There are many factors that can cause constipation, some of the most common reasons include severe stress, a poor diet, lack of exercise, lack of sleep, dehydration, and even a change of environment or time zone due to travelling.
I’m sure when you’ve been constipated for several days, your abdomen feels bloated and extremely uncomfortable, making you agitated, and even moody. Watch this video to learn how frequently you should go to the toilet and 7 tips to help relieve constipation naturally!
1) Drink warm water
2) Drink a cup of coffee
3) Have a consistent poop routine
4) Adjust your toilet posture
5) Increase your fibre intake, but don't over do it!
6) Eat pre & probiotic foods
7) Exercise regularly
Occasional constipation is normal, but if you experience pain every time you go then speak to your doctor if you’re concerned about your ongoing constipation.

Morning at a Showa retro coffee shop! I visited "Akari" in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture. It is a coffee shop about 8 minutes on foot from Owari Seto Station, and there is a row of eel shops "Tashiro" along the approach to Fukagawa Shrine, which are familiar with Michelin and tabelog. It has a quaint appearance and is crowded with local regulars from early in the morning. There is only the home of the coffee shop, and the morning is completely different from what you imagined ...! Please have a look at the coffee shop full of liveliness in the morning!
