De-Stress4Success Campaign, is a preventive effort on the stress related issue and introduced 4 main practices on stress management which are: 1. Trust Yourself, 2. Tackle It, 3. Turn For Help and 4. Treat Others.
For 2021, we focus to promote Trust Yourself practices which includes mindfulness & listening skills through Trusting Self Roadshow. This is a collaborative partnership project from various academic departments as well as student societies. We are so glad that BMSS has been part of this project.
We have come to the Grand Finale of the roadshow for this year, we trust that the journey in trusting self is a beginning to all of us, hence we need to calibrate and equip ourselves with a right mindset to have a purposeful journey.
