So I read good things about Nam Heong in Pavilion Elite on social media. The food had several hits and misses but it was their service that needs work.
My toast took ages to arrive that I asked for it to be canceled. Instead of proceeding with my request, the counter staff grabbed the toast and tossed it into a takeaway bag for me. -_-
Nam Heong is far from its vision of “delivering more enthralling gastronomic experiences for customers”. Sorry, but I wasn’t enthralled; not even a little bit.
*the egg tart and caramel custard was good though.
