日前，時代力量接獲勞工朋友陳情，指出勞工紓困補助遭雇主以薪資名義苛扣的爭議。當時時代力量即召開記者會，呼籲行政機關明令禁止雇主抵扣，確保勞工紓困補助全額轉發，以保障疫情期間勞工依法應有的薪資收入。​

呼應時代力量黨團邱顯智委員與王婉諭委員昨日召開「勞工紓困大抓漏，黑心老闆別欺弱」記者會，一再要求各部會盤點雇主轉發補助的方式，並檢討改由勞工直接請領、杜絕苛扣。而若有基隆的勞工發現雇主 #沒有如實轉發紓困金 或需要了解3萬（勞工薪資）+1萬（雇主補貼）紓困的朋友，可以與我的辦公室或時代力量基隆黨部聯繫（02-2434-6817）。
