【生活小百科分享 - 簡易椰子油牙齒美白法】
Honey很喜歡研究養生資訊，成日左試右試，有d真係幾work, 同大家開心share一下。😁😁

我係超級怕睇牙醫，洗牙對於我黎講，係極級恐佈的事😰(同極刑差不多😩) 聽到吱吱聲個心都跳埋出黎。honey一直有用oil pulling呢種自然療法，之後推介俾我用, 只需要用coconut oil 或olive oil 就可以響屋企簡易洗牙，材料簡單價錢超級經濟，仲要唔洗book 牙醫咁麻煩, 我試左幾個月，簡單又效果唔錯，都有好乖keep住做。

Steps係非常容易：
1. 放1至2湯匙椰子油或extra virgin olive oil 含在咀內(個人喜歡用Extra virgin olive oil, 口感好D)

2. 好似潄口咁不斷將油及口水混和，蓋過牙齒的每一處，保持潄口狀態約15-20分鐘。（呢個步驟係要超有恆心，期間千祈唔好吞油，因為混合油中含有好多細菌，吞左對身體唔好，如果真係好想吐出來就吐吧，再重新黎過）

3. 吐出口中的油（此時油已經變成很混濁的乳白色(椰子油)或青綠色(extra virgin olive oil)

4. 用鹽水潄囗數次，再刷一次牙就乾淨曬。

呢個oil pulling 可減少牙齒細菌的滋生，漱口完的牙齒感覺乾浄左及白左少少，雖然並沒有醫生洗牙咁專業，但每個星期keep做2-3次oil pulling, 牙齒都健康D乾淨D, 順便美白埋牙齒，呢個方法真係好work 架，誠意推介俾大家。
