I was going to upload vegan meringue cake and macaroons but I've been having a difficult time creating those recipes right now. lol

Ingredients:

60g oat
60g quinoa
120g soy milk
30g maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder

1 can coconut milk
40g maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions:

1. make oat and quinoa into flour then Blend all the ingredients of waffle.
2. Bake with waffle iron on medium heat for 3 - 5 minutes each sides.
3. put coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla into cream charger dispenser and use 1 cream charger.

オーツ　60g
キヌア　60g
豆乳　120g
メープルシロップ　30g
ベーキングパウダー　小さじ1

ホイップクリーム
ココナッツミルク　1缶（400ml）
メープルシロップ　40g
バニラエクストラクト　小さじ1

「作り方」

１、オーツとキヌアを粉末状にして、残りのワッフルの材料と混ぜ合わせる。
２、ワッフルメーカーで焼く。
３、ココナッツミルク、メープルシロップ、バニラエクストラクトをクリームチャージャーに入れ、ホイップクリームを作る。
