Many years ago when I met Cam, he was a semi-pro triathlete training all day long for his races. It was not easy for us to meet or go on a date because he was always training. But because he was such a dedicated athlete, he placed in every race he’s ever competed in and won many, many trophies. When we moved into the apartment we now live in, he threw the majority of his trophies and badges away. When Jarvie’s born, he downsized his trophy collection again to make room to baby stuff. This is the last of his trophies, keep? Or throw away?

この曲は当初スローなテンポのバラードでしたが、いつの間にかこんなアレンジになっていました。ライブでもよく演奏していましたが、パーカッショニストのマヌちゃんとのデュオでのアレンジも楽しかったな〜。

This song was initially a ballad with a slow tempo, but before I knew it, it had this arrangement. I used to play it a lot in my live performances, and I enjoyed arranging it as a duo with Manuちゃん, a percussionist.
