本次邀請到LASS創辦人哈爸，分享「喝好水 吃好物 有良居」專案，一同探究水是從何而來。以及漁話創辦人曾博士，分享如何透過感測器的數值，創造出良好的水質，讓魚蝦過的更快樂！

史瓦帝尼認為排除台灣違反聯合國憲章

史瓦帝尼總理戴克禮敦促聯合國考慮讓台灣有意義的參與，尤其是WHO、ICAO及UNFCCC，納入台灣，聯合國才有希望實現它的目標，平等顧及各會員國的利益。

自疫情以來，台灣持續向世界各國分享經驗與資源，與聯合國會員國一起實現聯合國大會主題，將台灣排除在聯合國這個理應服務全球公民的體系之外，並歧視台灣人民，嚴重違反聯合國憲章不可撼動的原則。

台灣的夥伴價值，值得聯合國重視。

Thanks to #Eswatini Prime Minister Cleopas Dlamini for his words backing #Taiwan's meaningful participation in UN systems at #UNGA76:

"The persistent exclusion of the Republic of China (Taiwan) from the United Nations and the discrimination of its citizens in a system meant to serve international citizens, is a gross violation of the unshakeable principles of the UN Charter. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Taiwan, in solidarity with UN Member States, made a significant contribution in realizing the theme of this year's session.

Eswatini would again this year continue to urge the United Nations to consider the meaningful participation of Taiwan, especially in the World Health Organisation, the International Civil Aviation Authority and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. With this inclusion of Taiwan, it is our hope that the UN will be living up to its objectives and equally serving the interests of all its member states.

The path to 2030 on the attainment of the UN SDGs was dented as a result of the pandemic, and Taiwan, adhering to the principle of leaving no one behind, shared its disease prevention expertise and experience with more than 80 countries and further assisted 40 countries make headway in ICT, agriculture, education and health.

Furthermore this year, in demonstrating that 'Taiwan Can Help, and Taiwan is Helping', Taiwan continued to send medical assistance, in the form of medical specialists and protective equipment for Eswatini’s health sector. It is in this light that we call upon for the recognition of Taiwan's efforts for the global well-being.

Lastly, the Kingdom of Eswatini can attest to the fact that Taiwan is an indispensable partner and would, if given an opportunity, play a meaningful role in the global body."

Taiwan's vision of global partnership can serve as a valuable reference for the UN.

【美台醫學研究合作新里程碑】

近年來肺癌及上呼吸道癌症病率不斷上升，為美國和台灣癌症死亡率最高的癌症。2019年美台簽署了肺癌及上呼吸道癌症研究的合作協定，由 #美國國家衛生研究院、#台北榮民總醫院 和 #國立陽明交通大學共同參與此項研究計畫，並在台灣建立了#史蒂芬索拉茲國際研究實驗室。

該合作突顯出東西方肺癌及上呼吸道癌症患者的差異，並加速開發診斷、治療和預防肺癌及上呼吸道惡性腫瘤的新方法。這些惡性腫瘤每年在全世界共造成200萬人死亡。臨床試驗即將在美國國家衛生研究院臨床中心與台北榮民總醫院同時展開。美國國家衛生研究院臨床中心是世界上從事醫學研究最大的專門醫院，台北榮民總醫院也是亞洲最大、最負盛名的醫院之一。

美國在台協會很高興於9月24日在見證了這個位於台北榮民總醫院的國際實驗室正式啟用。這類型的國際科學合作不僅將造福於人類，而且還提供訓練給肺癌及上呼吸道腫瘤醫學和轉化性癌症研究人員。

The number of people diagnosed with thoracic cancer has been increasing in recent years and its mortality rate is the highest in the United States and in Taiwan. In 2019, the United States and Taiwan signed an agreement to collaborate on thoracic cancer research and establish the Stephen J. Solarz International Research Laboratory in Taiwan. This international standard laboratory will conduct research to characterize distinct features that cause thoracic cancers in Asian versus Caucasian patients and accelerate the development of novel methods to diagnose, treat, and prevent thoracic malignancies that collectively account for two million deaths a year worldwide. Clinical trials will begin simultaneously at the U.S. National Institute of Health Clinical Center, the largest hospital in the world dedicated solely to medical research, and Taipei Veterans General Hospital (TVGH), one of the largest and most prestigious hospitals in Asia, in the near future. On Friday, AIT Economic Officer Neevy Laningham participated virtually in a ceremony to launch the Stephen J. Solarz International Research Laboratory, located in TVGH. This U.S.-Taiwan collaboration will not only benefit patients but will also provide training to future researchers in thoracic oncology and translational cancer.

所以希望這一個影片可以讓你們闔家一起觀賞的時候覺得比較開心，同時驚嘆上帝創造海洋生物的奇妙。屏東海洋生物博物館是我們全家在台灣最喜歡去參觀的地方之一。 博物館的設計有很多可以走入的通道，讓你感受與海洋生物身歷其境。一些場景像成做海裡的船，或可以直直走路的透明通道，還有地極的企鵝和鯨魚，易勳到台灣水域的美麗世界，都不容錯過。
每一個水域的介紹都是非細心的設計，特別是白鯨區和企鵝區，無論年長年幼都會非常享受去那裡參觀。 這是兩個海生館影片的第一支影片，下個禮拜您將會看到第二個影片，希望你們可以好好的享受。謝謝大家的收看，也祝福大家都平安健康，一起勝過這一次的疫情。

I know a lot of people here in Taiwan are cooped up at home due to Covid craziness. So hopefully this video will provide some family-friendly entertainment, and a fascinating look at God's amazing creation. The National Museum of Marine Biology & Aquarium is one of our favorite family activities/places to visit in Taiwan. They‘ve done such an amazing job creating a magical place where you can "go under" the waters to see all kinds of sea creatures up close and personal. Everything from “sunken ships," to the glass "water tunnels," to the exotic fish and sea animals from the far reaches of our beautiful planet, to the creatures which find their habitat in the waters of Taiwan, it's an experience you don't want to miss. Every exhibit is well designed, and is sure to bring laughter (especially the beluga whale and penguins), ooh's and aah's, and amaze everyone from young to old. This is part 1 of 2. I joined an amazing workshop and a language class with these young talents and witnessed their creativity.

Taiwan’s youth leaders want to reach out to the world and attract more foreigners to come to Taiwan for new working opportunities. Also, they have created a fun way of teaching to inherit Taiwanese language to next generation.

Taiwan is a land where offers one of the best health care services, education, safe environment, high income, cultural diversity and more❤️ ❤️
