It’s mental health day, my mantra is to never force positivity. At times it backfires. I gauge situations with a fair amount of optimism and pessimism, to keep myself grounded when the best happens and keep my heart protected when the worst strikes. It is important to recognise and embrace our negativity - facing our demons makes us stronger than refraining ourselves from talking about them. Not a buyer of ultra positive quotes, realistic ones that assist our thoughts, yes.
