It’s been a little less than two months since I started treatment at @orchard.clinic for postpartum diastasis recti. I’m happy to report significant improvement! From a gap of 4.6cm when I began, the measurement is now down to 3.1cm. I didn’t think the improvement would be so great within such a short time! My lower back pain is completely gone, I can exercise again, and I can fit into (some) clothes again. 😄 While the treatment at @orchard.clinic does not result directly in weight loss, it has certainly expedited my postpartum weight loss journey by helping me get active again.
