本格的なアイスクリームではないけど、作る楽しさを感じて欲しいのだ。
このチャンネルではアメリカ規格の計量器を使ってますので、日本よりほんの少しだけ多めです。例えば大さじ１は日本の大さじ1.25くらいです。1カップは日本だと２００ｃｃですがアメリカの1カップは２３０ｃｃくらいです。参考までに。
使った材料
： ４００ｇ ヨーグルト（無脂肪タイプを使った）
： 俺を５枚（オレオね）
： 黒蜜（とりあえず甘くなるもの使って）
： 小さじ１ ココアパウダー
： 塩一つまみ
： １００ｇ キムチ（嘘）

奶45克 - 45g of milk
忌廉175克 - 175g of cream
Brownie 蛋糕的材料/ For the brownie:
雞蛋1只 - 1 egg
砂糖75克 - 75g of caster sugar
無鹽牛油80克 - 80g of unsalted butter
朱古力100克 - 100g of dark chocolate
低筋麵粉30克 - 30g of cake flour
