[พรีวิว] วันนี้จะพามาชมอีกหนึ่งโครงการของ Origin กับ Park Origin จุฬา - สามย่าน ซึ่งเปิดตัวพร้อมกับทำเลราชเทวี มีจุดเด่นที่คล้ายกันคือทุกชั้นเป็นห้องฝ้าเพดานสูง 4.25 m. ทั้งโครงการ และเป็นห้องแนว Loft ทั้งหมด

แต่สิ่งที่ต่างกันของทำเลคือเรื่องของวิวครับ เพราะตัว จุฬา-สามย่าน คุณสามารถ take view แม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาได้ รวมถึงมองเห็น ICON Siam หรือตึกมหานครได้ ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนเป็นจุฬาฯ มีทั้งสวนสาธารณะ สนามกีฬา และกำลังจะพัฒนาพื้นที่พาณิชย์ในอนาคต ซึ่งตัวห้องพักนั้นก็มียูนิตพิเศษตรงมุมอาคาร ที่ทำเป็นผนังกระจกยื่นออกมาเพื่อเปิดรับวิวโดยรอบได้อีกด้วยครับ
