As a feminist, I believe so strongly that women should be able to express themselves to their fullest without fear of being harassed for what they're wearing or how they look. For too long, women in Thailand have felt unsafe to walk down the streets or take public transport without being harassed.. myself included. This is not okay and should not be normal. This is why I'm so excited to invite you all to learn the 5D's to train yourself to deal with street harassment- whether you witness it, or you're being harassed yourself- through the Stand Up Platform. On standup-thailand.com, you can either self-train online or attend a live Zoom training where you'll learn how to to properly deal with street harassment for Free. I hope you'll join me in making our society kinder and safer for women.

If you haven’t gotten your life figured out, read this.
I’m a dentist, I meet different people from different background on daily basis. I could be treating a 60 years-old in the morning, and a 6 years-old right after. My patients range from homeless people on the streets, to successful entrepreneurs who planned their schedule to the very last minute.
And let me tell you this: How WELL we can do in life, depends on how do we RESPOND to difficult situations.
I noticed that most of my patients who are positive, successful and content with life, are the ones who are able to respond well to almost ANY circumstances. By responding well, I meant choosing to:
- React to DIFFICULT situations with maturity
- Taking RESPONSIBILITY
- and simply being KIND.
It’s convenient to choose the easy way out when we want to be mediocre. It’s easy to stay quiet when asked for opinions simply because you want to please everyone. It’s easy to ignore an uncomfortable confrontation over handling it.
But if you want growth, if you want success, you need to force yourself to learn NEW responses.
You need to UNLEARN habits & attitudes that are toxic to you and others.
By learning how to respond well to difficult situations, we force ourselves out of our comfort zone. And by stepping out our comfort zone, we are actually stepping out from the self-limitation of our growth potential.
Don’t limit your own growth. Don’t try to “figure” your life out, but BUILD the life you want by learning how to response and react. You got this! 🤗

Doing our best to stay socially distant, Katherine and I hop on our bikes and head out of the city, to the nearly deserted streets of Guanmiao, Taiwan. This is a small town located west of Tainan, and is home to the Guanmiao Painted Village. Though not a large village, the beautiful murals on the buildings are great for taking pictures, and the clean air will calm you. Unfortunately, we happened to get caught up in a tropical storm in our mission to find the region's famous homemade noodles.

【當年今日】
這是最好的時代,也是最壞的時代。
有人說我們的社會撕裂,但我卻感受到香港人史無前例的團結。
It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.
Some said social cleavages emerged in our city,
but what I witnessed was an unprecedented unity of HongKongers.
