Garam Secukup Rasa
Lada Hitam Secukup rasa

Langkah-Langkah:

Sediakan kepak ayam, basuh sehingga bersih.
Kemudian, perisakan ayam dengan garam & lada hitam secukup rasa dan
goreng sehingga separuh masak
Kisar 1 Pek Aya Food Karashi Bilis sehingga halus dan letak di bahagian tepi

Panaskan sedikit minyak, tuangkan ayam ke dalam kuali dan mula fasa ke dua menggoreng. Pastikan hanya sedikit minyak di dalam kuali.
