Today, I put on my wetsuit and went paddling on an SUP (Stand-Up Paddle) board. For me, it was more of Sit Up Paddle but it was still fun. Liyu Lake, in Hualien, is gorgeous and the waters are serene and peaceful. It is perfect for this activity, especially for beginners, because the lake waters are still and not salty (so you don’t get sticky).

It rained a little at first but soon the skies cleared up and we really got into paddling. We even had tea and snacks on our boards, in the middle of the lake. A floating picnic, as it were. Fun stuff.

สายลุยสายโหดสายกิน ฟังทางนี้ จังหวัดกระบี่ เป็นจังหวัดที่มีครบทุกรสชาติการท่องเที่ยว ใครที่คิดว่าหน้าฝนเที่ยวไม่สนุก หึหึ เราไปมาแล้ว สิ่งที่เราไปเจอคือความเขียว และความสนุกอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ และกิจกรรมที่สนุกโครตที่ติดชาร์จของแนนซี่คือ

ปีนผา
ใครที่ติดตามเรา น่าจะพอรู้ว่าเรากำลังบ้าปีนมากๆ มีโอกาสไปกระบี่ จัดสิครับ ส่วนใหญ่คนจะไปปีนไร่เล เพราะมีรูทที่ง่าย และยาก เป็นแหล่งปีนผาระดับโลก วิวที่สวยงาม อาหาร ผู้คน แต่แนนซี่ไม่ไป เพราะไปมาแล้ว เลยไปที่อ่าวต้นไทร หูย ง่ายที่สุดคือ 6a นะ ต้องฝึกปีนกันไปก่อนระดับนึงเลยหล่ะ ฟินมาก วิวดี คนน้อย

ล่องเรือไปตามเกาะต่างๆ
เรือคาตามาลานลำใหญ่มี 2 ชั้นชื่อ LiveLife Andaman มีอาหารและเครื่องดื่มบริการ ใครที่อยากเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศในการกินข้าว แล้วก็สามารถดำผิวน้ำเล่นได้ด้วย เราแนะนำเลยหล่ะ

ขับโกคาร์ท สนามที่นี่เปิดใหม่แหละ เราก็ไม่ได้ขับบ่อยๆ แต่อย่างว่าทริปมันๆเลยทำแม่งให้หมด

กิน กิน กิน กินแม่งให้ตัวแตก อาหารใต้คือสุดยอด สิ่งที่ขาดไม่ได้คือใบเหมียง (เหลียง)ผัดไข่ แกงกระทิกุ้งใบเหมียง (เหลียง)

ขี่จักรยาน ปั่นริมหาดกระบี่โหฟินมาก เพราะทางสวยมาก ปลอดภัย มีทั้งปั่นขึ้นเขาและลงเขา มองวิวทะเลสลับกับป่าต้นสน

เล่นปีนป่ายตามด่าน เป็นการลองเล่นครั้งแรกของแนนซี่ มันดูง่ายมากนะ หึหึ แต่ลองเล่นดิ พีค อีกอย่างคือมันสูงมาก โครตท้าทาย

พายคายัก การพายคายักถือว่าเป็นกีฬาวัดใจเลยนะ ถ้าจะลงเรือลำเดียวกันแล้วต้องช่วยกันนะ เพราะ กระแสน้ำมันช่างโหดร้ายเหลือเกิน แต่เชื่อมั้ย ถ้าผ่านไปได้ วิวนี่คือสวยกินขาดเลย ที่แนนซี่ชอบคือมันมีเกาะที่เราสามารถขึ้นไปดูวิวด้านในได้ ปีนเถาวัลย์ขึ้นไปสนุกมากเลยนะ

Paddle board เขาขนาบน้ำ
การพาย paddle board คือการทรงตัวที่ไม่ยากมาก และเส้นทางที่เราพายกันถือว่าง่ายและเหมาะกับคนที่ไม่เคยพายมาก่อน หรือมือใหม่ แต่วิวนี่ไม่มือใหม่เลยนะ ดีมากๆ ได้ฟิวเป็น surfer เบาๆ เส้นทางคือไปยังเขาขนาบน้ำ เข้าถ้ำ ไปศึกษาประวัติศาสตร์ เจ๋งมากๆเลย

ขึ้นยอดวัดถ้ำเสือ
การเดินบันไดขึ้น 1,260 ขั้นนี่มันไม่ได้ง่ายเลย วัดใจมาก และเวลาคือ ตี5 มืดๆ ร่างกายบอกว่ายังไม่ตื่นนอนเถอะ แนนซี่ใช้เวลา 30 นาทีในการขึ้นไป วิวที่ได้เห็นคือคุ้มกับการตื่นเช้าและแบกร่างตัวเองขึ้นไปดูมากๆ เพราะทะเลหมอก ภูเขา และวิวทะเล สวยมาก แต่ใครที่กลัวลิง ระวังหน่อยนะ เรากลัวมาก ขาลงนี่มาเป็นฝูง

Krabi

Krabi is really a perfect vacation city. Great food, culture, nature and adventure all around. Attractions I recommend definitely worth checking out are:

Rock climbing
If you are new to rock climbing and live in Thailand then Krabi is your closest worldclass crag. The overhanging limestone of Tonsai Bay is a perfect destination for climber looking to climb from beautiful scenic 6a to 8c+.

Island hopping
On a beautiful double decked Catamaran with food and drinks on board. Eat, drink and dive in to the Andaman ocean at your pleasure.

Go cart
There is a new go cart circuit in town for fast and furious people.

Local Southern food
There are delicious foods on every corner of the street. If you are a fan of street side stir fry eatery then check out the Neang Leaf (local plant) stir fry with egg only found in the south.

Cycling
If you love cycling, the beach road is an amazing stretch of road you can rev away safely up and down hilliy Krabi town.

Zip-line adventure
Get right up to the canopy to zip line and climb through the adventure course. A more adventurous attraction to cure the fear of heights.

Kayaking
Head out to the sea and go the distance to islands of your choice. Paddle out to enjoy some the most picturesque island beach view in South East Asia

Paddle Board
A paddle board tour to historical and ecological study sites. Routes are easy and very safe for beginners and paddle boarding addict alike

Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tum Suer)
One of Krabi town most sacred Buddhist temple, visit to pray see some mokeys out and about and challenge yourself with the 1260 step to the big buddha shrine above overlooking Krabi town
