「吃糖果易惹痰」是從小聽到的媽媽訓話之一,從中醫角度來看,過量甜食會傷脾胃,「脾為生痰之源,肺為貯痰之器」,脾喜燥惡濕,過量甜食會令脾過於滋潤,減弱脾運化水濕的能力,水份未能運化,濕聚便會成痰。痰除了會卡在我們的喉嚨,其實在全身各處都可以出現,繼而形成各種病症。
痰是五臟功能失調產生的濁物,身體有濕更容易生痰,脾胃虛弱的人容易形成痰濕體質,加上如果嗜吃甜食,尤其性質黏糯的甜品,例如珍珠奶茶的珍珠、湯丸、芋圓、糯米糍等,多數用糯米粉或木薯粉製造,黏膩的性質容易附著在咽喉,更容易生成痰涎。天氣潮濕的日子,或者本身屬於痰濕體質的話,就要注意少吃甜膩黏糯食物,以減少「起痰」的機會。春濕時分,沖泡一杯「水腫腫」茶療健脾袪濕去水腫吧!

材料:
蛋糕:香草蛋糕混合粉2份,2隻雞蛋,250ml水,8g可可粉,40ml油
甘納許:400克巧克力,200克重奶油
很多巧克力球
做法:
1.將2份香草蛋糕混合粉,2隻雞蛋,250ml水,8g可可粉放入碗中,並用手動攪拌器混合2分鐘。
2.將蛋糕麵糊倒入蛋糕盤中,放入180°C的烘箱中烘烤1小時。
3. 1小時後,將蛋糕從烤箱中取出並冷卻。
4.然後將其切成3個單獨的層。
5.在另一個碗裡放入400克巧克力,200克溫熱的奶油和混合。
6.當甘納許準備好後,將其放入冰箱中放置2小時以冷卻。
7.當甘納許冷卻後,將其塗抹在蛋糕上。
8.重複此步驟3次,直到甘納許在每層蛋糕上。
