Ladies won't reject to sip a glass of nice champagne, I'd suggest to go for Perrier Jouet Belle Époque Blanc de Blancs 2004 special edition at the gathering, as the bottle looks like an art piece! Or you can bring a Chateau Guiraud 2010 Sauternes sweet wine to pair with Sturia Vintage caviar! I don't think ladies can resist not trying this elegant combo! For relatives who like spirits more, I'd go for a special Irish whiskey Connemara, which is lightly peated with vanilla and honey, it's easy to drink & match well with CNY dishes like pork knuckle & braised dried oysters! Happy CNY!
