呢到既餐廳環境相當開揚,特大落地玻璃顯得
採光度十足。不過今晚我就唔係Dinner Buffet,

📌Black Truffle Cappuccino Soup
w/ Wild Mushrooms - $138
👉頭盤必食招牌菜之一「黑松露野菌湯」,
概念係將野生菇菌攪碎成湯,再注入Cappuccino既
裝飾杯裡面,再係面頭上灑上松露。成個湯既質感都
充滿濃香,每一啖都食到蘑菇碎,口感豐富。
松露味完完全全將整個層次昇華,再加埋用奶
打成既Foam大大增加質感,如果你無試過,一定會後悔!

📌Wagyu Beef Sirloin Steak - $428 (200 gr)
👉Steak亦都係呢到既Signature,今次試左「霜降牛扒」,
以Medium程度,時間處理得岩岩好。切開有明顯粉嫩
色澤既肉質,紋理明顯油脂比例完美。入口牛香濃厚,
嫩滑既口感完全將所有煩惱一掃而空,最重要既係
大廚將肉汁緊緊鎖住。配埋時令既牛油菠菜同焗薯既
side Dish,真係叫人難以抗拒呀!

▫ Pizza係意大利菜必食既恩物,黎得呢到亦唔例外。
有我最愛既「意式辣肉腸薄餅」,一客8件份量其實唔錯,
餅底由餐廳自家即叫即製,黎到既時侯仲係熱辣辣,
口感薄脆。簡單既莫札瑞拉芝士鋪滿哂成個餅底,
加埋辣肉腸咁就成件事變得更加惹味!

「奶凍配野莓醬」,我就覺得唔錯,野莓既酸中和返
奶凍既甜,成件事變得清新而不膩,非常好食;
最有驚喜係當晚因為等個steak既期間,實在等得太耐,
經理好主動咁請左我地食呢個佢地自家製甜品
「香芋椰子蛋糕」,蛋糕既份量都幾巨型,
以芋頭同椰子既配合,香味濃郁,呢d服務真係要抵讚!

Pork Meat Balls with Fennel Seeds & Tomato Sauce
🍅蕃茄汁豬肉丸🐷,肉丸算Juicy💦口感軟熟。肉丸配蕃茄汁最大嘅好處就係可以解膩😍,蕃茄汁加蕃茄蓉🍅帶酸甜,食落幾開胃🍴!可惜只有3粒,份量少,價錢比較貴,但作為一個開胃嘅小前菜味道合格啊🌿!

薄餅超級薄脆🍕,邊位脆到好似餅乾🍪,所以即使見落好大份,食落感覺輕鬆👍🏻,唔覺飽滯。👀可以睇到塊塊Pizza都大大份,真係4個人👨👩👧👦嚟Share都夠食!🍕Pizza落左紅洋葱同辣肉腸做配料,🔥辣肉腸一如往常夠惹味,比較特別嘅紅洋葱味道甜甜地好突出🤤,加上大量芝士同蕃茄醬🧀🥫,味道濃郁好好吃!

📍軟心意大利蛋配波菜松子仁沙律($128)
Slow cooked Italian egg, spinach, eggplant & pine nut salad
似乎所有菜式加上溫泉蛋♨️都會變得更吸引,此沙律都不例外😍!波菜鮮嫰而且份量不少,由於加上黑醋,食落味道不單調,拌勻蛋汁就更加滑口。沙律表面放上松子,最下層有塊煎至軟身的大茄子🍆墊底,整體味道清新又不錯吃🥗👍🏻。

📍鱸魚意大利飯配西班牙番紅花($168)
Risotto with Spanish Saffron, Sea Bass & mascarpone cheese
意大利飯煮得不錯👍🏻,飯仍然有咬口,但又不會過硬,醬汁煮得creamy。由於加了番紅花,令整個飯有鮮豔的黃色💛,味道熟亦不錯。鱸魚做配料🐟,草根姐姐好喜歡吃魚,但對這個有點少失望😞,鱸魚口感雖然滑,但完全不經調味,食落太淡,有點可惜呢。

【Jamie’s Italian, Hong Kong】Grilled Tomahawk Steak 32Oz, with Italian Salsa 🥩! Surprisingly this was available at just HKD $588, enough for 4 people to share.. Well Charred in grilling flavors, this is more the European style, more red meat than marbled meat spectrum. I think Europeans and Italians in general will be quite happy with this meaty Steak style!
