There’s simply nothing quite as refreshing as the feeling of cool tea tree goodness but @TheBodyShopsg have found a way to make it feel even better with their new vegan range! 🌱
Even though I’m not a big fan of creepy-crawlies, I appreciate how the range is formulated ultra-consciously from Vegan silk protein which is 100% plant based, meaning that even spiders and silkworms were not used or harmed in any way in the making of these products! 🕷🐛
Going hand in hand with what’s in the bottle, the bottles themselves are made from 100% recycled plastic.
What many might not know is that these bottles are collected by hand by 1.5 million unsung waste pickers in India who work tirelessly to clean up the streets but are sadly often seen as the lowest social group in our societies. Thankfully, The Body Shop’s Community Fair Trade partnership with Plastics for Change not only attempts to tackle plastic waste, it also works to support these marginalized waste pickers! 🙏🏼
