ในสถานการแบบนี้ การดูแลเอาใจใส่สุขภาพกายและใจเป็นเรื่องสำคัญมากๆ หันมากินอาหารเป็นยากันเถอะ
-ตัดเห็ดเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ
-เพิ่มสีสันด้วยดอกฟักทอง (ไม่มีไม่เป็นไร)
-โขลกหอมแดง พริก ตะไคร้
-นำทุกอย่างลงผสมกัน ตอกไข่ ใส่ใบแมงลัก ใบมะกรูดซอย คลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากัน
-ปรุงรสตามใจชอบ แพรใส่น้ำปลา สามารถใส่ซีอิ้วขาวแทน หรือเพิ่มปลาร้าก็เด็ดดี
-จัดองค์ประกอบให้สวยงาม แพรเพิ่มสีเหลืองด้วยดอกฟักทอง สีแดงจากดอกเข็มให้น่ารักๆ อาจจะเพิ่ม layer สีเขียวใบแมงลักเข้าไปสักหน่อย
-นึ่ง 15 นาที

Stepping into our 4th month lock down here in Thailand, while we are still waiting for vaccines 💉 (yup! Apparently most of us haven’t the opportunity for it!) I have tried to grow our own food&herbs at home and eating food as medicine. Today I’m sharing you one of the most easy Thai food recipe, which is Steamed mushrooms with herbs in banana leaf. Simply mince mushrooms into smaller pieces, grind shallots, lemon grass and chili, add egg, lime kaffir leaves and lemon Basil, mix everything together, add flavor such as fish sauce, soy sauce or salt. 🐓first sediakan ayam cincang
🌿Daun basil segengam
🥚Telur ayam 2, ke 3 biji ikut suka
💮bawang putih 4,5 ulas
🌶cili padi 3, ikut selera pedas masing2.
🍶Kicap ABC, Sos tiram,
sos ikan/sotong, garam, gula, kiub pati ayam.
Cara-cara.
# Goreng Telur dulu, asingkan okeh. saya suka kuning Telur tu cair di mulut gitew.
1)Tumbuk cili dan bawang putih, kemudian tumis dalam kuali.
2)Masukkan ayam, gaul-gaul sama dia.
3) Tuang segala mak nenek kicap, sos tiram, sos ikan/sotong, kiub pati ayam, dan perasa
4) Tambah air sikit, kalau nak berkuah boleh letak banyak sikit ikut suka hampa.
5) And lasttt sekali letak daun basil, sekejap saja lepas tu tutup api.
6) Cara hidang dia angkat dan letak dalam pinggan yang ada telur tadi, kambus telur tadi..

🌿 Basil leaf segengam
🥚 Chicken egg 2, 3th, like it
💮 garlic 4,5 review
🌶 paddy chili 3, according to your respective spicy appetite.
🍶 ABC soy sauce, oyster sauce,
fish / squid sauce, salt, sugar, chicken patriot cubes.
Ways of.
#Fried Eggs first, separate okay. I like yellow the egg melts in the mouth like that.
1) Punching chili and garlic, then stir fry in the wok.
2) Put in chicken, slang with her.
3) Pour away all nanny soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish / squid sauce, chicken cubes, and flavour

BREAKFAST - Mushroom Egg Muffins (6 muffins)
1) 6 Eggs - 468cals
2) 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
3) 1/4 cup Mushroom, diced
4) 1/2 can of Tuna
5) 1/2 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
6) Salt & Pepper to taste
Per Egg Muffin - 94Cals
LUNCH - Asian Salmon Stir Fry (serves 2)
1) 1 Salmon Fillet, cut into cubes
2) 1/2 cup Green Beans, trimmed & sliced
3) 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
4) 2 garlic Cloves, minced
5) 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce, divided
6) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
7) Spring Onions, chopped
Soba Noodles & Edamame Salad (Serves 2)
1) 90g uncooked soba noodles
2) 1/4 cup Edamame, unshelled
3) 1/2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
4) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
5) 1 tsp. Chilli Flakes
6) Spring Onions
TOTAL LUNCH CALORIES - 470Cals
DINNER - Steamed Soy Ginger Barramundi (serves 2)
1) 1 Barramundi Fillet (about 12oz), or other white fish of your choice
2) 1/4 cup Ginger, finely sliced
3) 1/4 cup Spring Onions, sliced
4) 2 Small Chillies, chopped
5) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
6) 1 tsp. Soy Sauce
Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables (serves 3)
1) 1 Head Broccoli, cut into florets
2) 1 Carrot, thinly sliced
3) 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
4) 2 Garlic Cloves
5) 1/2 tsp. Sesame Oil
6) 1/2 tsp. Soy Sauce
7) 1/2 tsp. Chili flakes
Total Dinner Calories (including 1 bowl of white rice) - 500Cals
