產品設計中，能粗略分為有形可見的「使用者介面 (UI)」，與無形的「使用者體驗(UX)」設計。兩者相輔相成，好用的產品通常都有有夠清楚介面與使用者體驗。
就像是，達美樂推出「Live Pizza Tracker」，在製作披薩時為客戶提供有關披薩的實時製作進度更新，減少客戶在等待食物期間的不耐煩；或是Netflix讓觀眾一直續訂，改善用戶體驗的一大改變是，讓用戶可以跳過節目的片頭。
如今，「顧客體驗」成了許多公司的發展重點，因此UI/UX也催生出新的職位：首席體驗長。

原本可以不必煮supper的。
7:33pm order了Dominos pizza，过了50分钟online tracker还在显示“prep”（准备材料烤pizza）。于是打电话去问发生了什么事。试过几次hold了一段时间后终于有人接听了。他帮我call去分行了解情况，然后回我说要求了cut Q，再等40分钟就行了。我当然不答应，我快饿晕了，马上要求cancel and refund。对方说马上处理。接着我就去煮面。
面煮好已是9:45pm了。我好奇refresh一下那个tracker，OMG，我的order还在，并且事态进展到delivery boy正送pizza来我家。
我又打电话去问个究竟然后再cancel order，然后问何时才能成功refund，对方说7-14天！
注：我明白大日子前后他们的生意会比较好, 但如果订单满了系统会停止接单的。刚才我order到证明他们没有太忙。
