Your accent says more than what you’re willing to say. Meet Alice and Catherine, two anthropologists (well, one actual anthropologist and one aging graduate student) whose entire purpose in life is to describe and deconstruct other people-types. But as you’d expect, they find themselves obsessing over their own sociocultural categories instead – working-class or elite, Chinese American or Taiwanese American – and if you can hear it from the way(s) they talk.
