Took this picture from some corner of Lesser quarter in beautiful Prague.

It was a clear crisp beautiful summer day. But do I remember this day till now because of the good weather? Oh no! How can I forget the day when I made such a fool out of myself?!

That day the area was full with well dressed beautiful men and women. They came for a wedding photo shoot perhaps. I was with my friend and we were passing them after visiting Prague castle area. All of a sudden my flip flop betrayed me and I fell on my butt in front of everyone! I mean why oh why?? Why on that day? Why in front of all good looking guys? 🥲 My friend was so dumbfounded about the whole thing that she even forgot to help me and kept staring at me with big guys. Whereas I was sprawled all over the ground wearing this long gown, and hoping to disappear somehow. 🤣

Few suited booted tall handsome guys from the wedding wagon came for my rescue, and that was the only saving grace of this incident. I am still not sure whether I was excited enough or embarrassed.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥?

Sunset has a very calming power over me. Whenever I am agitated, cranky, or whenever I need to restore some sense of peace, I go to a place where I can relish a beautiful sunset. 🌅

It reminds me how beautiful the earth is even though the world may look ugly and bitter at times. It reminds me that life is greater than my crankiness and negative attitude. The things I am often agitated with are usually not even worthy of such attention.

Sunsets reminds me that all I want from life is to become content, and happy. And I am happy when I am watching sunsets.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: I can not pin point the exact location, but this place is somewhere near Prague Castle. I was on my way to old Prague square from lesser town.
This is the beauty of European cities. Even an old lamppost can become a subject of awe. If I could dig further, I am sure even this lamppost may have plenty of stories to tell. ❤️

Is there anyone who did not fall in love with Prague, even just a tiny bit? Is it even possible?

Walking around the Prague is like being in a fairytale. All those castles, churches, cobblestoned alleys, horse carts, old town, astronomical clock, beautiful view from lesser strana, will definitely give you a surreal experience.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: this place looks more like a boulevard than a square. Its original name was Koňský trh (Horse Market). The square starts just opposite to the National Museum of Prague. On both sides of the square, you will find many shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, theatres and a cinema. Some people call it a shopaholic’s heaven. 🤣 Now I am not a shopaholic but I spent quite a lot time here because of the liveliness of the place. This place has significant historical values since many important events took place here. The statue you see in this picture is the statue of St. Wenceslas. I don’t know who is he. If you wish to know, then google and share the story with us! 😆
