[Shoulders opening with weight loading]

Tools:
1️⃣10lbs or 5 kg weight
2️⃣ Firm Roller
3️⃣ 1 Block for head resting
.
Reach back with straight arms and shrug shoulders first before lowering weight. Lower slowly. Monitoring your resistance.

I do this before doing handstand / forearm handstand, I find when my shoulders are stretched with weight loading, it helps a lot with stability of the shoulders and still keep them open.
