This girl is so happy with her new school bag, in her favourite colour no less! Yup, here's presenting the model she chose and I must say I am loving how it looks too, especially the pretty hues of purple and pink.

One of the first steps in getting your child ready for primary school is to have a good school bag and I'm glad we have that settled for our secondborn. We have absolute faith in this IMPACT spinal protection backpack from @ergoworkssingapore as the elder sister chose a similar design when she entered Primary 1 and three years later, the bag is still in a good condition and functions well for her needs.

Most importantly, it features a patented Orthopaedic Spinal Protection System (OSPS) to reduce stress on both spine and back and helps to promote better posture for the child. I am truly concerned about this as speaking from experience, my firstborn's school bag is always heavy no matter how hard she tries to pack and reduce the load. School holidays might be a time to party and play, but it is also a crucial time when you prepare your child for the next school year, especially if it is a huge milestone for him/her.

I am still finding it hard to believe that come 2019, I will have two primary schoolers as the little sister will be embarking on her P1 journey. Beside having an elder sister in the same school, one of the ways I help her to look forward to the new phase is by labelling her books, stationery and belongings and feeling the excitement together too.
