Dinawan island is only 20 minutes drive from the city and another 15 minutes boat ride from Kinarut jetty to this private island. There are plenty of water sports to take advantage of, such as snorkelling and scuba diving. After a day spent in the sand and water, don't head home just yet, stay around to catch the spectacular sunset.

Yogee New Waves released their long-awaited 4th album "WINDORGAN" for the first time in about two and a half years.
Today, the latest song SISSOU started with the album was released advancingly and the music video was also released.
The latest song SISSOU is a piece with a feeling of running away from the wind. SISSOU started distributing before the release of the album, is a song that weaves the word « farewell » of each country, where Kakudate(Vo.) has traveled during Asia Tour and his private time.
It is a masterpiece with a clear mood, and it depicts the determination and thoughts of going on a new path without looking back.
And the music video for SISSOU was directed by Kodai Kobayashi, who has a deep relationship with Yogee New Waves, both in public and private.
The music video is filled with nostalgia and emotions by means of moving rapidly around the performance scenes in various locations.
Director Kodai Kobayashi said, “I aimed for a windy mood video of a band in Tokyo that’s has expressed different kinds of farewell and goodbye. I like this song drawn in a neo acoustic way, in which I can feel the fleeting and the loss.”

式酸泡菜豬肉鍋 Kimchi Jjigae 김치찌개
材料:-
豬梅花肉(切件)......190g
酸泡菜(切件)..........180g
豆腐(切件)..............100g
大蔥(切細)..............1棵
青陽辣椒(切細).......1隻
洋蔥(小) (切塊).......1/2個
酸泡菜汁.................3湯匙
韓國燒酒.................1/2湯匙
調味材料:-
辣椒粉...............3.5湯匙
蒜蓉...................1.5湯匙
韓國醬油............1 湯匙
韓國魚露............1/2湯匙
梅子液................1/2湯匙
做法:-
1. 將所有調味材料混合成調味醬備用。
2. 熱鍋下豬梅花肉煎至稍為微黃,然後下韓國燒酒、酸泡菜、酸泡菜汁、洋蔥炒香,注入750毫升熱水煮開。
3. 調味醬入鍋拌勻,以中小火煮25分鐘關火,把鍋蓋完全蓋上焗10分鐘。
4. 最後再次把酸泡菜豬肉鍋煮開,然後加入豆腐煮5分鐘,接著下大蔥、青陽辣椒便可。

烹調泡菜豬肉鍋之好與壞一切取決於泡菜本身的質量和泡菜用得對與否。泡菜鍋一定要用老身泡菜,就是醃漬時間久一些,發酵足的酸泡菜。千萬不可用新鮮泡菜來做喲....風味真的會較遜㖿。如果酸味真的很不夠的話,在最後過程可以添加一點點白醋去幫助一下。
另外豬肉跟泡菜記得要炒一下,這樣會比較香。途中加一些韓國燒酒除了可以去肉腥,也可以添加一點天然的甜味。喜歡鮪魚的話也可以在最後添加,這樣便會成了釜山風味的Chamchi Kimchi Jjiga (食譜如下,謝謝)??

Shallot (Chopped) ------------- 1 pcs
Honey -------------------------------- 1 Tbsp
Soy Sauce ------------------------- 1 Tbsp
Fish Sauce ------------------------ 1 Tbsp
Cooking Oil ----------------------- 1 tsp
Black Pepper Crush ---------- 1/4 tsp

Preparation:
1. Debone the chicken legs. Make a few cuts on the meat side.
2. Prepare a mixing bowl. Mix the lemongrass, minced garlic, chili, scallion white, shallots, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, black pepper crush and cooking oil.
3. Marinate the chicken legs for at least 2 hours.
4. Heat up a frying pan on medium high heat, add some oil. Fry the chicken on both sides.
5. Add 1 Tbsp of water into the pan and cover with the lid until cooked through.

【蔥油香茅雞腿】
雞腿........................2塊
香茅(略拍切細)......5枝
蒜蓉........................3瓣
辣椒(切細).............2隻
蔥白(切細).............1棵
乾蔥(切細).............1粒
蜜糖........................1湯匙
醬油........................1湯匙
魚露........................1湯匙
生油........................1茶匙
黑胡椒碎.................1/4茶匙
做法:-
1. 雞腿起肉,然後在肉的一面,用小刀?幾下備用。
2. 將香茅、蒜蓉、辣椒、蔥白、乾蔥、醬油、魚露、 蜜糖、黑胡椒碎、生油混合拌勻成醃料,雞腿加入醃料拌勻醃兩小時。
3. 熱油鍋下雞腿,煎至兩面金黃,可於中途下1湯匙水入鍋,然後蓋半鍋蓋待熟拿出,與蔥油同吃。(如不用煎焗的烹調方式,也可以真接拿去烤箱去烤熟)
