A closer look at guest chef, Chester Low's & 44 Bar's thai-inspired cocktail creation from last week. It's so delicious, I'm missing it already.
No name, but it's made with pineapple infused Privateer Rum, lime, fresh herbs and those little sacs are actually green tabasco + lychee caviar. It's these crazy little touches that make these cocktails so damn great. Looking for more mad guest collaborations like this at 44 Bar when they move on to their new space.

The one on the left was my favourite of the night. The Twisted Daiquiri looks safe and unassuming but it's a firework of flavours in your mouth.
Campari infused coffee and dried chilli, Privateer Rum infused banana, lime and sugar. Twisted, man.
And that smoke is just, you know, dried ice infused with spices to complement the Malaccolada on the right. Nothing seriously mind blowing or cool or anything like that. Nope. Nothing to be tooooooo jealous about. :p
Oops. One night only. I wonder if we can coax 44 Bar and Junior for an encore. Hmm.
