For next episode of #SundayNightWithAH, we are honoured to bring in someone very special and passionate when it comes to tackling and combating issues on mental health - Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim.

Che Puan Sarimah is no stranger to Malaysia. Debuted in 1997 as a TV Host, Actress, Professional Emcee, Morning Show Radio Announcer and Recording Artist has earned her the reputation of being a versatile artist of the nation.

On top of that, Che Puan Sarimah is also very vocal on topics related to mental health, women’s welfare, cyber ethics, suicide prevention and anxiety which made her the Patron of MIASA (Mental Illness Awareness and Support Association) Malaysia today.

Yesterday she just launced her new song and music video ‘Harapan’ on all digital platforms in conjuction with World Suicide Prevention Day.

Biography:

Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim, 42, is the mother of Tunku Sofia Najihah and wife to YM Tunku Nadzimuddin Tunku Mudzaffar.

Che Puan Sarimah is a TV Host, Actress, Professional Emcee and Recording Artist well known and loved by Malaysians for the past 23 years since her debut on TV in 1997 on NTV7 hosting the RIM Chart Show and Kids NTV7. She has won notable awards in thr industry such as from AIM, Anugerah Skrin TV3 and also an ERA music award to name a few.

Best known as a TV Host on the Disney Channel In 1998 and with her Hit Single ‘Kini Kau Tiada’ , Che Puan Sarimah is also an avid fitness enthusiast with a black belt in Karate Kenpo Seibukan, a Pilates and gym enthusiast and she also loves yo train in boxing and Yoga.
Che Puan Sarimah had starred in Films such as Geral Khas 3, MX3, Janji Diana and has also hosted the global hit TV show on the Hallmark Channel -The Biggest Loser Asia. She histed her own talk Show The Sarimah Show on TV3 and She has graced the cover of magazines such as GLAM Malaysia, Eh!, HerWorld, Jelita and Readers Digest Asia to name only some.

Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim is of Irish Malay heritage and studied Psychology as her Major in college.
Mainly Growing up in Kilkenny and Dublin Ireland, Subang and the UAE before moving back to Malaysia at 18, Che Puan Sarimah is also an entrepreneur and founded the Cosmetic Company Thrill By Sarimah Ibrahim in 2018.

Che Puan Sarimah has been an active Speaker and moderator in discussions and forums both online and offline focusing especially on topics related to mental health, womens welfare and depression. She was the ambassador for Womens Centre For Change in Penang, a Cervical Cancer Awareness ambassador with MAKNA and an active speaker with MIASA Malaysia..

Che Puan Sarimah currently lives In KL with her husband YM Tunku Nadzimuddin Tunku Mudzaffar and their daughter Tunku Sofia Najihah.

Most would know Linora Low for her bubbly energetic personality on radio. A highly in demand emcee and fitness personality for a number of events which catered to thousands of people such as the Standard Chartered KL Marathon, the Color Run Malaysia, ScoreFitMob largest Zumba Fitness Party, The Music Run, The Milo Breakfast Run and many more. She was the ambassador for KIX R U Tough Enough 2016 the first year they had a male vs female competition. She's also the ambassador to well known brands such as Under Armour and Optimum Nutrition in Malaysia.

Some would also recognise her as courtside reporter for the Malaysian Dragons basketball team for the Asean Basketball League. Linora aspires to inspire as many people as she can into leading a healthy lifestyle, something she is very passionate about as well as empowering more people to learn to love themselves.
Recently she added bikini athlete into her resume when she got 3rd Placing at the WFF Asia Pacific Championship 2017.
