Resepi Puding Strawberi Salju Lembut | Soft Strawberry Snow Pudding Recipe

Bahan-Bahan (Lapisan Putih)
4 gm serbuk agar-agar
1 sk esen vanila
200 ml susu segar
50 gm gula
175 ml krim putar tenusu
Bahan-Bahan (Lapisan Strawberi)
4 gm serbuk agar-agar
1/2 sk pewarna makanan merah jambu
250 gm strawberi
75 ml air
70 gm gula
1 telur putih
Bahan-Bahan (Lapisan Coklat)
4 gm serbuk agar-agar
375 ml susu segar
25 gm serbuk koko
65 gm gula
1 telur kuning
Nota:
Guna loyang berukuran 8 inci.
Tips:
1) Tuang lapisan kedua sebelum lapisan pertama betul-betul mengeras. Jika tidak kedua-dua lapisan tidak akan melekat bersama. Jika lapisan pertama sudah cukup keras, goreskan permukaan lapisan dengan garfu atau apa-apa kutleri yang tajam sebelum tuangkan lapisan kedua.
2) Pastikan anda tuang lapisan kedua ketika ia masih panas supaya kedua-dua lapisan dapat melekat dengan mudah.
Cara Memasak
1. LAPISAN SUSU: Panaskan susu segar, serbuk agar-agar dan esen vanila pada api sederhana.
2. Kemudian, tambah gula dan kacau hingga gula melarut.
3. Matikan api. Tambahkan krim putar tenusu dan kacau rata.
4. Potong buah strawberry kepada kepingan untuk lapisan hiasan. Kemudian, susun pada dasar loyang.
5. Tuangkan campuran susu ke dalam loyang dan biarkan ia mengeras.
6. LAPISAN STRAWBERI: Kisar buah strawberry hingga lumat.
7. Satukan strawberry puree dengan air, serbuk agar-agar, pewarna merah jambu dan gula. Masak atas api perlahan hingga gula dan agar-agar larut. Matikan api.
8. Dalam mangkuk yang kering, pukul putih telur sehingga kental dan kaku.
9. Kemudian, tuangkan campuran strawberry ke dalam putih telur yang telah dipukul. Kacau hingga rata.
10. Tuangkan campuran strawberry perlahan-lahan di atas lapisan susu tadi dan biar ia mengeras.
11. LAPISAN COKLAT: Panaskan susu, serbuk agar-agar dan gula pada api sederhana. Kacau sehingga larut.
12. Tambahkan serbuk koko dan kuning telur ke dalam campuran agar-agar. Tutupkan api dan kacau secepat mungkin sehingga sebati.
13. Dengan perlahan, tuangkan campuran coklat ke atas lapisan strawberry.
14. Biarkan puding sejuk dan mengeras. Sejukkan dalam peti ais untuk rasa yang padu.

1/2 tsp pink food coloring
250 gm strawberries
75 ml water
70 gm sugar
1 egg white
Ingredients (Chocolate layer)
4 gm jelly powder (agar-agar)
375 ml fresh milk
25 gm cocoa powder
65 gm sugar
1 egg yolk
Note:
Use 8-inch square pan.
Tips:
1) Do not wait until the first layer is completely set before pour in second layer, or else the two layers will not stick together. If the first layer is already harden beforehand, scratch the surface of first layer with fork and proceed to pour in second layer.
2) Ensure to pour in second layer while still hot so that it will easily stick with the first layer.
Cooking Methods
1. MILK LAYER: Heat fresh milk, jelly powder, and vanilla essence over medium heat.
2. Then, add in sugar and stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
3. Turn off the heat. Add in dairy whipping cream and stir well.
4. Cut strawberries into slices for garnish layer. Then, arrange them onto a square pan.
5. Pour in milk mixture and let it harden.
6. STRAWBERRY LAYER: Grind strawberries until smooth.
7. Mix strawberry puree with water, jelly powder, pink food coloring and sugar. Cook them over low heat until sugar and jelly powder are fully dissolved. Turn off the heat.
8. Inside a dry bowl, beat egg white until thick and stiff.
9. Then, pour strawberry mixture into beaten egg white. Mix them well.
10. Gently pour strawberry mixture over the milk layer and let it harden.
11. CHOCOLATE LAYER: Heat milk, jelly powder and sugar over medium heat. Stir until they are fully dissolved.
12. Add cocoa powder and egg yolk into the jelly mixture. Turn off the heat and stir them briskly until they are well-combined.
13. Gently pour chocolate mixture over the strawberry layer.
14. Let the pudding cool and harden. Chill inside refrigerator for a better taste.
