第一日：西宁--塔尔寺--日月山--倒淌河—青海湖--黑马河（宿）
第二日：黑马河日出--茶卡盐湖 --柴达木盆地--戈壁滩…大柴旦（宿）
第三日：大柴旦--最美公路…途径当金山，阿克塞一雅丹魔鬼城）--敦煌市（宿）
第四日：敦煌--莫高窟--鸣沙山月牙泉—沙州夜市—敦煌露营或者住宾馆
第五日：敦煌市--嘉峪关关城-----张掖七彩丹霞—张掖（宿）
第六日：张掖--扁都口—祁连卓尔山--祁连宿)
第七日:祁连大草原--岗什卡雪峰（远观）--门源万里油菜花--西宁市
