[PAUSE°REST°RESET] Looking back at my older IG feeds and I realized I was way more active. In my fitness journey, I kept having to restart many times - because of various reasons......
Injured from snowboarding (which I suck at) , injured from Rock-climbing, work got busy, life got stressful, health got worse, gut issues turned bad, got married, and now I just feel generally WEAKER, tired and fatigue very easily. 😭😩

However, everyday we read amazing stories of people pushing past their limits, doing crazy stuff, winning their mental, overcoming their physical... And I asked myself where has all my push gone. I want to be better, to be strong, but there is always something in my mind that tells me I need to rest. And when I do, I can't find my way up. 😢 But lately this deep voice inside me is getting louder, stronger, and I know its time to kick myself hard in the butt again and get moving!

So, may this post be a reminder to myself (and to everyone else) that we ain't the only ones who hit a rut in life. It's the ones who don't give up that wins ultimately. So long we don't stop, we won't fall back. It's OK to take a break once in a while, but let's slowly trode on and take little baby steps towards our goals. It may take a while, it may take longer, and no one may believe us. But it doesn't matter, because no one can take away our belief for ourselves. 😊✌️For all those who are struggling out there, know that you ain't alone.
