【澄清唬爆米花教室：被大內宣淹沒的美國總統署名投書】

先說這篇沒有圖，因為太重要不能亂放圖

在歷史上，從沒有美國總統親自投書到中華民國的報紙。但是在109年10月22日，美國總統參選人拜登以「More Prosperous Future For Our Families」(定稿中文標題：為我們家庭更繁榮的未來)，以華人為主體，台灣人為核心訴求，投書聯合報系的世界日報，強調他願意與中國合作而非對抗，鄙棄川普的仇中獵巫，願意與華人聯手，但更重視台灣人的健保經驗，不願台灣人為美國火中取栗而是共同繁榮。

但在一片大奇特的大內宣中，美國總統參選人的投書竟然在台灣地區被忽視。且不說拜登明明在聲譽卓著的 IBD/TIPP民調持續領先，比起川普根本鼓吹台灣人火中取栗(你對抗，我賺軍火，去跟大陸人死嗑來增加我談判勒索本錢)。

拜登不只親自署名投書，還誠懇說明他對台灣/兩岸的四大重點，根本是史上最誠懇與重要的待遇。既然親綠親川普主流媒體不報，那福編來報。

一、拜登堅持稱台灣是 leading democracy (領導性的民主政體)，表示其無意支持台獨立場(不稱國家)

二、拜登大篇幅強調川普仇中、卸責不科學的推卸問題給中國，造成亞裔的困擾與災難，而這不是美國總統應為。(打了那些整天喊支那賤畜以為自己就會成為高等美國人的台灣地區背祖中國人的臉)

三、拜登大談健保對一般百姓重要性，表示他珍視台灣的健保經驗，也是未來與台灣的合作重心。

四、與其獵巫與仇中，他更重視與中國的合作，希望聯盟對世界更有幫助(雖然舉例醫療與氣候，但也只是舉例) 表示願意以兩大強權的合作，謀取更多世界利益。

時局多艱，我們國家處在十字路口，正面臨疾病大流行、經濟大衰退，和一場將決定我們未來很長一段時間的選舉。

今年 我們看到美國最好的一面

今年，我們看到美國最好的一面引領我們向前：英勇的醫師、護士、日常雜貨商、餐館業主、必要行業工作者 — 而其中，包括許許多多的亞裔美國人。

今年 我們也看到美國最糟情況

但我們也看到最糟的情況：亞裔美國人誤因新冠病毒遭仇視的行為比比皆是，某種程度上，是因為川普總統發布的仇恨言論所致。亞裔美國人被責備、被唾罵、被攻擊；家園、商家和汽車被侮辱性標記破壞；年幼的孩童被刺傷，還有一名89歲的奶奶，在不斷升級的仇恨文化中遭人火焚。

這不該是我們原本的樣子。

亞裔美國人 使我們國家變強大

近兩個世紀以來，亞裔美國人使我們的國家變得強大 — 從掘金礦工，到加速我們崛起的鐵路和工廠工人，再到推動我們向前邁進的科學家、建築師、藝術家和企業家們。多年來，他們的勇氣、犧牲和成功，為美國夢注入動力，也讓美國穩為自由的燈塔與世界的希望。

川普卻不懂 傷了移民國價值觀

川普總統不懂這些。他帶頭攻擊我們作為移民之國的價值觀，甚至在我們的邊境，拆散成千上萬的孩童與父母。即便在這場大流行到來之前，我們的仇恨犯罪就已達到16年以來的新高。而如今，為了轉移自己抗疫失敗、未能保護我們國家的過失，無論是否因此導致上千反亞裔的種族歧視事件，他仍堅持把新冠病毒稱作「中國病毒」。

作為總統 我捍衛每人的美國夢

措辭很重要，總統措辭更為重要。作為總統，我將捍衛每個人的美國夢，讓每一勤奮努力的家庭，享有通向繁榮和美好未來的公平機會。我將反對任何形式的種族歧視，指示司法部優先處理仇恨犯罪，以彌合仇恨與分裂的傷口，而非煽風點火。

川普失敗 他讓我們的經濟崩盤

唐納德·川普早在今年1月就已知道新冠病毒的致命性，卻未採取任何行動。現在，超過22萬美國人因此失去生命，約3000萬人失去工作、工時和薪水，五分之一的小商家關門。川普失敗的領導力讓我們的經濟崩盤 — 他總統當得愈久，得以完全回歸正軌的時間也愈久。

我會控制疫情 讓我們重回生機

八個月過去了，川普仍然沒有(抗疫)計畫。而我有。

首先要擔起責任，努力控制疫情，讓我們重回生機。我將執行早在3月就擬定的計畫，擊敗新冠病毒。我將聽取科學家、專家的意見；保護我們的家庭；讓新冠檢測、治療， #以及最終的疫苗免費，並對所有人開放。

我會重建經濟 實質救助小商家

我將馬上開始重建更好的經濟，為數百萬遭受重創的小商家提供實質救助。他們是我們社區的生命線 — 但川普腐敗的復甦作法棄他們於不顧，只把紓困資金匯集到大公司手中。75%的亞裔小企業主，未能獲得任何首輪紓困金。這是錯誤的，我已要求確保員工在50人以下的小企業獲得紓困金，我也將增加他們獲得優惠和資金的長遠渠道，減輕阻礙移民業主的語言障礙。

我不會對年收40萬元以下者加稅

讓父母能付學費 讓醫保更平價

我一路走來，都在為工薪和中產家庭而戰；他們之中有許多勤勉奮鬥的移民，來到美國是為更好的生活。我將幫助父母有能力支付子女的優質教育、提高教師薪酬，並讓絕大多數家庭免費就讀公立學院。我將讓照顧年邁父母變得更容易，讓醫療保險更平價。川普現在要通過法院，廢除「可負擔健保法」，在一場致命大流行之中，剝奪數千萬人的醫療保險，這毫無道理。

與盟友並肩 深化與台灣的關係

同時，新冠病毒證明美國不能自外於世界。從重建我們最親近夥伴的關係開始，我們必須與其他國家攜手合作，應對影響我們所有人的國際挑戰。我們是一個太平洋強國，將與盟友並肩，增進我們在亞太地區共享的繁榮、安全與價值。這其中就包括深化與台灣這個居領先地位的民主政體、主要經濟體，以及科技重鎮的關係。台灣也是開放社會可以有效控制新冠病毒的閃亮典範。

更新領導力 符合美利益與中合作

我們應對中國的方式，會聚焦增強美國競爭力，再興國內優勢，並更新我們在海外的聯盟與領導力。我們將在符合美國利益的領域與中國合作，包括公共衛生和氣候變遷。

More Prosperous Future For Our Families

These are tough times. Our country is at a crossroads, facing a pandemic, a recession, and an election that will decide our futures for a very long time.

This year, we've seen the best of America carry us forward: heroic doctors, nurses, grocers, restaurant owners, essential workers–including so many Asian Americans.

But we've also seen the worst: acts of hate against Asian Americans wrongly blamed for COVID-19, spurred on, in part, by hateful rhetoric from President Trump. They've been screamed at, spit on, and assaulted. Homes, businesses, and cars vandalized with slurs. Small children stabbed. An 89-year-old grandmother set on fire amid this rising culture of hate.

This is not who we are.

For nearly two centuries, Asian Americans have made our country strong–from the gold miners and railroad and factory workers who helped to power our rise; to the scientists, architects, artists, and entrepreneurs who are helping to drive us forward now. For years, their courage, sacrifices, and success have powered the American Dream and helped America stand as a beacon of freedom and hope to the world.

President Trump doesn't get that. He has led an assault on our values as a nation of immigrants, even tearing thousands of children from their parents' arms at our border. Hate crimes against people are at a 16-year-high, even before this pandemic. And now, to deflect blame for his failure to protect our nation from this crisis, he insists on calling COVID-19 the "China virus," no matter how many thousands of reported racist incidents against Asian Americans it encourages.

Words matter – and a president's words matter even more. As President, I'll defend the American Dream for everyone, so every hardworking family has the same fair shot at prosperity and a better future. I'll stand against racism in every form, directing the Justice Department to prioritize hate crimes, and working to heal the wounds of hatred and division, not fan the flames.

Donald Trump knew how deadly COVID-19 was back in January and did nothing to stop it. Now, more than 220,000 Americans are dead. Some 30 million have lost jobs, hours, wages. One in five small businesses have shut down. Trump's failed leadership has tanked our economy – and the longer he's president, the longer it'll take to get it fully up and running again.

We're eight months in, but Trump still has no plan. I do.

It starts with taking responsibility and doing the hard work to control this pandemic and get our lives back. I'll implement the plan I've laid out since March to beat COVID-19. I'll listen to scientists and experts; protect our families; and make testing, treatment, and any eventual vaccine free and available to everyone.

I'll get right to work building our economy back better – getting real relief out to millions of hard-hit small businesses. They're the lifeblood of our communities – but Trump's corrupt recovery passed them by, funneling funds to big corporations instead. Some 75% of Asian-owned small businesses weren't expected to get any first-round stimulus funds at all. It's wrong. I've called for ensuring small businesses with less than 50 employees get new relief funds. And I'll boost their long-term access to credit and capital, and work to ease the language barriers that can hold back immigrant entrepreneurs.

Through it all, my economic recovery plan will reward work, not just wealth, creating millions of good paying jobs of the future. Independent economists at Moody's found that my plan creates 7 million more jobs – and $1 trillion more in economic growth – than President Trump's would. And I won't raise taxes on anyone earning less than $400,000 a year – period. Instead, I'll make sure the super wealthy and big corporations finally pay their fair share.

I've fought my whole career for working and middle class families – so many of them hard-working immigrants who came to America in search of a better life. I'll help parents afford a quality education for their kids, boosting teacher pay and making public college free for most families. I'll make it easier to care for aging parents, and make health care more affordable. Trump is in court right now trying to repeal the Affordable Care Act, stripping tens of millions of people of health coverage in the middle of a deadly pandemic. It makes no sense.

Meanwhile, COVID-19 is proof that the United States can't isolate itself from the world. We have to work with other nations to meet global challenges that impact us all, starting by rebuilding our relationships with our closest partners. We're a Pacific power, and we'll stand with friends and allies to advance our shared prosperity, security, and values in the Asia-Pacific region. That includes deepening our ties with Taiwan, a leading democracy, major economy, technology powerhouse – and a shining example of how an open society can effectively contain COVID-19. And our approach to China will focus on boosting American competitiveness, revitalizing our strengths at home, and renewing our alliances and leadership abroad. We'll work to collaborate with China when it's in our interest, including on public health and climate change.

America has always led the world not only with the example of our power, but the power of our example. To truly do that again, we also have to fix our broken immigration system, keeping families together and ensuring the United States continues to draw the world's best and brightest.

I'm running to build America back better, as a country of opportunity, unity, and new beginnings. A place made strong by generations of immigrants. A place where everyone has a voice and every vote counts. I'll lead on these issues, and more importantly, I'll listen. So please make sure you get your vote in today. ［瀨尿牛丸］LV買Tiffany？可能係全香港第一篇分析（多圖）

1. 利申先，潮流嘅嘢，我識條鐵。奢移品我都識條鐵。對我嚟講最奢侈就係時間，同埋睡眠。我心目中我個Mont Blanc卡片套都好奢侈架啦—但其實我以前有個LV卡片套添，都好奢侈，當然兩個都係囡囡送。

2. 並唔係我樸素或乜，主要係因為冇錢。「唔係買唔起，但唔抵」（即係買唔起）。我有十億八億應該唔介意崇拜名牌的。

3. 講返，週末嘅大新聞，就係傳媒爆出 LVMH 想買 Tiffany（https://reut.rs/2pW0Zb9）。Tiffany就固然係嗰間Tiffany。LVMH嘛，LV就固然係LV，M係 Moët， 毛for毛澤東，Moët & Chandon 。H咪軒尼詩，軒尼詩VSOP個軒尼詩。中文就叫 酩悅軒尼詩－路易威登，我懷疑有冇人會講呢個名，大陸佬都唔會。 其實LVMH呢堆嘢一齊咗成三十幾年，而旗下仲有好多好多其他品牌，可能有啲你都唔知係LVMH（或者只係我唔知）。

4. 事實奢侈品嘅嘢，講就好似匠人精神幾百年工藝家族傳承設計師靈魂乜鬼。幾百年前可能係嘅，而家？絶大多數都係鬥Marketing，代言人，收買傳媒同KOL，啤機，流水作業，大量生產。上市公司嘛，要同股東交代。LVMH已經好少少（下面解點解），但，最後都係美心帝國，多品牌經營，是真的。以下張圖就係LVMH帝國嘅牌子，子孫繁洐，未能盡錄。

5. 或者鍾意嘅，睇維基百科都得。

6. 冇所謂，對手都係咁，即係有美心就有King Parrot，譚仔都係丸龜。以下嘅圖係眾多品牌，其實嚟嚟去去都係嗰幾間大公司。未必最update，有錯勿屌，唔順超嘅自己整張。

7. 你以為有得揀？全部都係仆街跨國集團啫，嘻。其實同餐廳差唔多，要做得大當然全部係味將軍集團，你去原宿開間Sushi Bar（識唱一齊唱）就可以匠人精神，LVMH 2000億歐元市值嘅大集團，老闆都未必數得晒啲牌子，講呢啲？

8. 講返，小的縱橫情場多年（邊個唔係？），就真係冇送過LV畀女，一次都冇（有嘅舊相好可以出嚟提返我）。潘驢鄧小聞，錢最多五份一，溝女嘅嘢，使用錢架咩？講才華架嘛（明顯係因為我冇錢又冇潘亦冇驢先咁講）。師傅教落，洗錢冇所謂，但千萬唔好送嘢畀女，LV Prada iPhone都萬萬不可。因為，可能轉頭佢就賣咗佢折現，都算，最仆街係拎去貼MK仔呀！埃汾大愛，但都只係肯助養少女，助養少男要等下一筆研究撥款拎到先。

9. 小弟冇買過LV，倒係Tiffany 就買過幾次。原因？平咯！而我其實唔知LVMH同Tiffany 會有乜synergy（商撚常講，但其實好cliche），亦唔知有乜共通點或共異，除咗兩間都開在置地（好似係？），可以叫 置地記者寫下，由LM Reporter變成 LV Reporter．

10. 我甚至其實唔知呢啲奢侈品多品牌有乜synergy（都話fashion識條鐵），可能易cap水掛，又或者方便印公仔紙收購。餐廳我理解丫，可以一齊入貨，員工又係嗰啲友，我徒弟話齋，包雲吞又嗰條友，包意大利雲吞都係嗰條友，分分鐘啲雲吞皮都一樣（唔得架？），紙巾（包雲吞當然要紙巾）又可以用同一堆。但，最多名店sales可以調嚟調去啫（但得唔得架？我識LV未必識Rimova），但斷估冇可能間廠又做LV又做Rimowa掛。話說回頭，其實啲名牌手袋，亦真係好多都OEM，大陸啲廠。Made in Italy？塊Made in Italy牌就係，冇呃你。

11. LV袋貴過Tiffany 啲鏈好多（明顯我買最平嗰隻，旺角一街老翻），市值亦都大好多（唔係必然架下）。LVMH講緊超過2000億美金市值，Tiffany係100億美金多啲，20倍，所以吞佢落去，都十分簡單。

12. 有乜synergy，就實在唔知。亦有講話趁佢病攞佢命，呢啲亦係商業常態。有話Tiffany其實係貿易戰輸家之一，銷售數字唔多靚仔，中國又加關稅，加上調低咗銷售稅，中國客在海外買少咗嘢，如是我聞。如果冇睇錯，Tiffany都仲係以美國為主，一半咁滯。

13. 你睇Tiffany 股價，就唔係太差的。舊年就極差，但今年其實反彈兩成半，絶對唔係點財困。所以我理解係掉轉，對手強勢，LVMH實在太強，就係時侯諗下收購。股價咁強都唔諗，唔通等股價插水先諗？唔得閒睇，但LVMH好似唔係特別多現水，印公仔紙買嘢，絶對唔奇。咁就梗係等股價好時印，正如之前寫過華潤置地（1109）配股（http://bit.ly/32RIeEj），股價舊年升三成今年又升三成，而家唔cap水等幾時？

14. 頭先講過Tiffany 股價唔失禮，但同LV比就真係失禮了。你望下兩個圖，Tiffany挫上挫落，但LVMH近乎係四十五度角咁上，正到不得了。Recession？What recession？絲毫無損乜滯，香港示威？大陸人咪去第度買，之前LV出啲數冇乜受影響，股價新高。係喎，同Tiffany唔同，LVMH最大收入來源地，係Asia ex Japan．你估邊度？孟加拉？至於靠賣乜，下面圖亦都有，明顯皮具一類係主打

19. Bernard Arnault原本擁有嘅，係Christian Dior（以下簡稱CD）。死未，CD都係美心集團之嘛。點解佢會最初買到CD就不講。但要講，LV同MH，1987年先合埋一齊。命水唔好，之後就股災。好重要，好撚重要。

22. 睇上文我講，或者你可能都知，其實係CD擁有LVMH，CD係老母LVMH係仔。To be more precise，CD渣LVMH四成多啲，但有超過一半嘅投票權（對，惡名昭彰嘅同股不同權，你估大陸佬先有？由歐洲佬去示範係咪型啲？）。而CD大股東，就正係Bernard Arnault。唔止，Bernard Arnault本身亦都再直接持有LVMH，不過唔係好多。

23. 咁明明CD係老母，何來LVMH 會「2017年以70億美元收購Christian Dior」?
24. 答案係，2017年，LVMH買嘅，唔係CD，係Christian Dior Couture（http://bit.ly/2plFSiq）。故事有點複雜，但當年LVMH其實已經有CD嘅香水業務，即係買埋其他嘢咁。所以不能完全話明報寫錯，而反正而家CD差不多所有（應係？）業務都係LVMH下面。老母云云，主要掛個名啫。都係Bernard Arnault，都係美心，唔使分咁細。（話時話，「美心」餐廳呢個名原本都係法國名，但當然同香港嗰檔無關）

25. 真係最後啦，見唔見上面個圖左上角有啲好奇怪嘅嘢？係喎，愛瑪士。被譽為真正奢侈品，仲未美心化嘅愛馬仕。其實都係上市公司，心碎未？

26. 不過重要嘅係，愛馬仕，暫時都未變美心集團。愛瑪士大股東，仲真係愛馬仕家族，亦都基本上係單品牌，真係少有嘅清泉，傳說中的家族生意匠人工藝精神（但依然要上市）。但，你睇圖見到了，其實Bernard Arnault一樣渣住愛馬仕，唔止，LVMH都有十幾二十巴仙。根本傳LVMH買起埋愛瑪士，係非常之合理。Bernard Arnault多次否認咗，但俗語有云，你唔諗住買起佢，掃十幾二十巴仙嚟把撚？愛馬仕嗰邊多次表達不滿，叫LVMH減持，但LVMH一於少理佢。你話想點？

27. 幸而，愛馬仕都真係爭氣，你睇股價表現，全不遜色於LVMH，亦都夠晒大，差不多係LVMH三份一，單品牌咋大佬，所以真係名不虛傳，最後的貴族，名牌中嘅名牌。

28. 況且，愛馬仕家族渣住咁多股票，仲要再搞同股不同權，基本上係冇得敵意收購嘅，唯有等愛馬仕真係財困，但觀乎咁賣得品牌咁強，都真係幾難。

【山城士多就 Ztore 創辦人言論之回應】

早前 士多 Ztore 創辦人之一凌俊傑 (Clarence Ling) 在 Facebook 發表支持《逃犯條例》修訂案的言論，除了在社會上引起很大的反響，亦令我們山城士多一眾現任及創辦成員為之側目。雖然事隔一星期，我們還是不得不作出回應。
　
山城士多於 2015 年 9 月由一班中文大學的同學創辦，開初是為了抗衡中文大學內百佳超級市場的壟斷。我們一直致力推廣本地製造的產品，拉近消費者與生產者的距離，鼓勵良心消費。成立一段時間後，我們喜見支持香港製造的風潮在社會漸漸流行，有關店舖更有如雨後春筍般冒起。作為其中一員，Ztore 將支持香港製造理念商業化，使更多市民可購買本地產品。正因理念一致，我們慢慢開始與 Ztore 合作，讓中大同學透過我們的平台，訂購部分 Ztore 代理的本地產品，而我們亦有提供部分本地社企的產品予 Ztore。一直以來，我們都合作愉快。
　
可是，Ztore 創辦人之一凌俊傑近日公開發表支持《逃犯條例》修訂案的言論，對充滿理想的示威者冷嘲熱諷，實在令人髮指。其言論亦不禁令人懷疑 Ztore 創立真是為推廣香港製造的理念，抑或只是打著香港製造的旗號謀利。
　
香港正處於存亡危急之秋。《逃犯條例》修訂案通過定必扼殺香港的未來，更枉論對香港製造行業的深遠影響。一直以來，香港極優良的營商環境都有賴公正、健全的法治制度所保護。《逃犯條例》修訂案通過後將為本港的司法制度打開缺口，使在香港生活及工作的本地和外國人處於被引渡到中國接受不公平審訊的恐懼。此舉將大大打擊外資在港營商的信心。如各大公司撒資，將使本港經濟衰退。
　
儘管 Ztore 在推廣香港產品曾有所貢獻，我們亦不能接受自己付出的金錢會讓這樣一個人得益。雖然我們微不足道，但我們深信，每一次付款都是一種投票；而我們堅決不會投給 Ztore。
　
在此，山城士多鄭重宣布，即時終止與 Ztore 的所有合作及來往。
　
山城士多上下都十分關注近來的抗爭運動。我們對政府仍未回應廣大市民的五大訴求深表遺憾，並強烈譴責警隊使用過分武力鎮壓示威，令眾多香港市民受傷。我們促請政府立即撤回《逃犯條例》修訂案、收回 6 月 12 日示威「暴動」的定性、釋放被補示威者並撤銷他們所有控罪及追究警隊濫用暴力。有關官員亦應立即引咎辭職。
　
山城士多未來會繼續發展，將我們的理念普及大眾，給各位一個真正的良心選擇。

[A statement by CUStore on the comments by Ztore’s founder]
　
Ztore’s founder Clarence Ling has recently voiced out his support of the proposed amendment bill to the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance. His comments not only sparked huge controversy in society but also staggered current and founding members of CUStore. Although it has already been a week since Clarence Ling’s comments were posted, we still feel the urge to make a reply.
　
CUStore was founded by a group of CUHK students in September 2015 with the hope to break the monopoly of the Parknshop supermarket on our campus. We have been tirelessly working to promote Hong Kong made products and the idea of ethical shopping by drawing consumers closer to the producers. After our foundation, we were delighted that the idea of supporting local products started to become fashionable and that shops selling local products appeared in large numbers. As one of the members in the raising trend, Zstore commercialised the idea of ‘Made in Hong Kong’ so that more people can buy local products easily. Because we had similar aspirations, we started to collaborate with Ztore. We sold some of Ztore’s local products to CUHK students on our platform and provided products from local social enterprises to Ztore. The collaboration was going well.
　
However, just last week, Ztore’s founder Clarence Ling publicly stated his support to the amendment bill and sneered at the protesters who were full of ideals. His detestable comments made one wonder if his business was really supporting ‘Made in Hong Kong’ or if they were just using the idea solely to make money.
　
Hong Kong is at a most critical point at the moment. If the amendment bill is passed, the future of Hong Kong will be wrecked. There will be profound effects on the local manufacturing industry. Hong Kong’s excellent business environment has always been safeguarded by the just and sound legal system. The bill will create a fault in our legal system and put local and foreign people living and working in Hong Kong under the fear of being extradited to China where there is non-existence of a fair trial. Foreign companies will have much less confidence to do business in Hong Kong. When capitals leave Hong Kong it will inevitably lead to an economic recession.
　
Although Ztore has contributed to the promotion of local products, we still cannot accept that the money we pay will fall into such kind of a person like Clarence Ling. We may be insignificant; but we strongly believe that we are casting a vote whenever we pay — and we definitely are not voting for Ztore.
　
For that reason we hereby announce that we are terminating all the collaboration and ties with Ztore.
　
All of us from CUStore are very concerned about the recent protests going on in the city. We deeply regret that the government has failed to respond to the demands made by the Hong Kong citizens. We also strongly condemn the use of excessive violence by the Hong Kong Police Force during the protest on 12 June, which left many of our citizens injured. We urge the government to scrap the bill immediately, retract the use of ‘rioting’ in describing the protest on 12 June, release the arrested protesters and remove the charges against them, and investigate on the use of excessive violence by the Hong Kong Police Force. Those relevant government officials should take their responsibilities and resign immediately.
　
In the future, CUStore will continue to evolve and spread our ideas to the public.
