1. AZULENE CALMING OVERNIGHT CREAM 60ml
💡DETAILS: Centella asiatica extract, Houttuynia cordata extract, Camellia japonica seed oil, Guaiazulene. Calming and Smoothed skin by Centella asiatica extract, Houttuynia cordata extract and Guaizulene. Water-oil balanced and healthy skin by Camellia japonica seed oil, Aloe extract.
🔴MY REVIEW: Nice calming cream. It’s so moisturizing and calms my very sensitive skin. I love that it’s not greasy but really does moisturize. I use it almost everyday and my skin is soft and smooth and no longer dry, flaky and itchy. Perfect for dry skin in the winter.

2. COCONUT DAILY MOISTURE CREAM 60ml
💡DETAILS: Cocos nucifera (Coconut) oil, Cocos nucifera (Coconut) fruit extract 3,000ppm. Moisturized and Smoothed skin by Coconut oil, Coconut extract, aloe vera extract. Healthy and Lifted skin by Prunus armeniaca (Apricot) kernel oil, Camellia japonica seed oil.
🔴MY REVIEW: Miracle cream if you suffer from dry skin. Absorbs well and feels great. It’s very moisturizing and is not greasy. I have sensitive skin and suffer from eczema. This works great to keep the eczema under control. Highly recommend.

3. IDEBENONE GLOWING FACE CREAM 60ml
💡DETAILS: Niacinamide, Idebenone, Propolis extract, Rice extract. Brightening and Glowing effect by Niacinamide, Idebenone, and Vitamin C. Nutritious and Smoothed skin by Propolis extract, peptide.
🔴MY REVIEW: Have been using this Korean skincare brand for almost a year and I have never been disappointed. This glowing face cream does what it says it does. It brightens my skin and this does not irritate my skin in any way. It’s fantastic for night time especially with how dry Hong Kong is in the winter. Definitely worth a try.

4. HIBISCUS ANTI-AGING GEL CREAM 60ml
💡DETAILS: Hibiscus sabdariffa flower extract 5,000ppm, Adenosine, Collagen. Healthy skin and Anti-aging effect by Hibiscus sabdariffa flower extract, Adenosine, Collagen, Rose flower water and peptide.
🔴MY REVIEW: I have dry sensitive skin and this gel cream did not irritate or provoke my extremely sensitive skin. It truly does plump my skin and makes my skin super soft. It’s very lightweight and moisturizing too. I use it both day and night and it really diminished the small wrinkles as well as making my face look much less blotchy. I will definitely keep this as a daily skincare staple. A must try!!

Feel like having energising soupy dish for iftar today and I’ve been craving for Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup so here’s my recipe lovelies 😍

I use #KoreanRedGinseng extract from #CheongKwanJangmy instead of ginseng roots as it is more convenient.

KOREAN CHICKEN GINSENG SOUP
SERVES 3 TO 4
.

Ingredients
.
.
Broth
✅ 1.2 kg whole chicken. Use free range chicken (ayam kampung) if can as.
✅ 1.5 liter water
.
.
Stuffing
✅ 1/4 cup sticky rice, soaked in water overnight or at least 2 hours.
✅ 1 tsp of @CheongKwanJangmy Korean Red Ginseng Extract
✅ 4 whole garlic cloves, peeled
✅ 4 dried Red Dates
✅ 3 to 4 chest nuts
✅ 3 to 4 fresh pine nuts (optional)

Garnish & To serve
✅ 1 to 2 Tbsp thinly sliced green onion
✅ fine pink Himalayan salt, to taste
✅ ground pepper/black pepper, to taste

How to:
.
.
1. Wash the chicken (including the cavity) thoroughly under running cold water.

2. Stuff the chicken cavity with sticky rice, ginseng extract, garlic cloves, red dates, and chest nuts.

3. Cross the chicken legs and tie with a cotton tie. Alternatively, you can make a slit on one side of the chicken thigh skin and put the other leg through it. This is to minimise the stuffed ingredients falling out.

4. Boil water in large pot. Add stuffed chicken & boil the pot over medium high heat, covered, for 20 mins.

5. Reduce the heat to medium to medium low and boil further until the chicken is fully cooked (about 30 - 45 mins).

6. Make sure the stuffed sticky rice is fully cooked too. Skim off any scum as desired.

7. Transfer the chicken and the soup into a serving bowl. You can debone the chicken before serving if you like too. Garnish with green onion and serve with kimchi, salt and pepper/black pepper on the side.

We love Kimchi Jjigae (also known as kimchi soup or stew in English). This soup is super easy to make and you just need to cook some rice to go with it and call it a day. So easy! A big shout-out to Lady Boss Choi of Hanwoori Korean restaurant in Singapore. This restaurant is in our neighbourhood and her kimchi jjigae is really really good. If you don't like seafood, you can also use shabu shabu pork belly or beef. You don't have to season the meat, just add them around the same time as we added the seafood.

Seafood Kimchi Jjigae 韩国海鲜泡菜汤 (Kimchi Soup / Stew)

Ingredients:
Serves 4 - 5 pax

1.5L water
6 tablespoons light soy sauce
4 cloves of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon grounded black pepper
6 tablespoons Korean chilli powder (gochugaru)
3 tablespoons gojuchang (Korean chilli paste)
450g kimchi
300g silken tofu
1 red onion - sliced
4 fresh shitake mushrooms - sliced
3 potatoes - sliced
50g sweet potato vermicelli (can be replaced with glass noodles)
2 stalks of spring onion (can be replaced with scallion)
1 teaspoon salt (season to taste)
200g prawns
200g baby octopus (can be replaced with squid)
300g venus clams
150g enoki mushrooms
Add some white vinegar at the end of the cooking if you like the soup to be more tangy.
