Quebec’s strawberry season is around summer, but in Asia, it’s in winter, which is now. Even though it’s in season, they are still quite pricey compare to the ones here. My favorite pairing would be everything on this toast for #toasttuesday - Sourdough bread with a thick spread of ricotta, crush pistachio, and a drizzle of honey 😋
