眼見社會出現不公不義，我們不能再保持沈默；社會上暴力橫行，人心惶惶，我們定必與廣大市民同行。現發起靜坐集會，呼籲各位醫學院同學（不限中大 不限醫科）踴躍參與，歡迎任何醫護界人士到場聲援，以表達對近日香港政府及警察漠視市民安全的不滿，並希望香港政府盡快回應市民的訴求。詳情如下：

In response to the Non-Cooperation Movement, we shall not remain silent in the face of injustice, and we must walk together with the people of this panic-stricken and violence-ridden city. We will now stage a sit-in assembly, and we invite all students of the Faculty of Medicine (not limited to CU medical students) to join, and any medical personnel to voice their support. We denounce the government and police for disregarding the safety of our citizens, and we beseech the government to respond to our demands. Details are as follows:
Date: 26th July (Friday)
Time: 5pm – 8pm
Venue: the University Mall, CUHK
