I am totally out of control at the Vancouver Comic Art Festival! Honestly, if you enjoy art, you should go! A lot of creative local artist there and great event to be inspired.

Ever since I posted my video on my dieting and binge eating experience, you guys have been asking me to film some workout and fitness videos. Here's my first one featuring some exercises you can do anywhere without equipment! I really love doing this circuit because there's no jumping (I have bad knees) and I included my favourite butt exercise...which is actually a roundhouse kick! Did you know that I did karate for over 15 years?
