Today we celebrated @rockthenakedtruthsg's 3rd anniversary, but I hope you are celebrating yourself everyday! There's so much about you to celebrate - your amazing body and what it can do, your witty sense of humour, your presence that brings people joy, and lots lots more!
We had a blast (literally blasting some of their legs and lungs out) this morning with the 4x1km relay, before gushing over the kids 500m sprint. And then it was time for cake, prize giving and lucky draw!
