Irked by L'Occitane en Provence - Malaysia One Utama sales staffs. I got an email redemption for sample kit and rm20 voucher after participating the rose contest. This my 2nd time visiting to redeem (1st time they tutup early for some function?). When I gave my email they don't know what it is. Finally a lady spoke to me and said I can't get the sample kit & RM20 voucher because it says on the voucher that I need to purchase edt/body gel then it'll minus rm20 & get samples. According to Loccitane FB, the samples are given without purchase. Which is true now? I left Loccitane One Utama disappointed.
