It just IKUR’d to me how lucky I was to preview this delicious menu by 5 chefs with a collective 12 Michelin stars ⭐️ that will be featured at @first_initiative_foundation’s charity gala in November!
1. Uni, ikura & hairy crab from the near-impossible to reserve Sushi Saito ⭐️⭐️
2. Australian beef from Caprice ⭐️⭐️⭐️
3. Deep fried amadai (sea eel) from Ryugin ⭐️⭐️
4. Mushroom soup with lobster from Ta Vie ⭐️⭐️
5. Salted egg yolk coated fried pork and fried puntalette with char siu in XO sauce from Lung King Heen ⭐️⭐️⭐️
6. Dessert tower from all 5 restaurants including the famed tamago from Sushi Saito 🙏🏽
