👉NASI BERIANI GAM
3 cawan beras moghul faiza
ayam separuh potong sedang2
1 senduk rempah beriani mak siti
4 cawan air (guna cawan yg sama sukat beras
hiris bawang merah dan putih agak2
sedikit 4 sekawan kayu manis, bunga lawang, biji pelaga, bunga cengkih.
sedikit daun pudina
1 biji tomato di potong 4
1 sudu minyak sapi
setengah senduk minyak masak
Panaskan minyak masak dgn minyak sapi kemudian masukkan bawang yg telah dihiris bersama 4 sekawan tumis sampai naik bau, masuk rempah beriani yg sudah dibancuh sedikit air. tumis sampai naik minyak, bila rencah dah pecah minyak masukkan 3 sudu kecil garam dan perasa, baru masuk 1 cawan air, bila dah nak didih masuk ayam, kacau dan tutup biar ayam cpt masak, agak2 ayam dah masak masukkan daun pudina dan tomato diatas ayam tak perlu kacau. terus masukkan beras yg sudah dibasuh lalu masukkan air 3 cawan ratakan dan tutup biar didih sehingga kering 😋😋
Bila dah kering kecikkan api, titikkan pewarna kuning diatas. nasi jangan kacau terus tutup biarkan nasi betul2 kering dan masak. dah kering baru gaulkan
selamat mencuba.😋😋
kalau nak pakai daging kena masakkan daging tu sampai empuk, @ rebus dulu daging

Nasi Ala Kak Wook 😜 raya ke dua
Sedapp sangat anak anak & suami pakat puji
Taim panas panas merecikk. Ratah ayam part paling syiokkk.
Model utama:
Nasi putih tanak letak daun pandan simpul. Khasiat banyak tauuu.
Gulai Ayam:
~bawang bombay - 4 labu
~bawang putih - 5 ulas
~halia - 1 inci setengah
~rempah kari daging - 3 sudu
~rempah kerutub - 1 sudu
~Kacang panjang - potong
~Terung potong kecik2
~Leher ayam, kaki ayam, sayap dan paha dipotong2 kecil.
~Santan (jgn pekat sgt)
~ Garam dan kiub ayam
~ 1 kerek nisan
Cara-Caranya
1. Blend bawang merah putih halia & lengkuas hingga lumat dan tumis sampai wangi.
2. Rempah kari & rempah kerutub bancuh dgn air dan gaul pada ayam. Perap sekejap.
3. Kemudian masukkan kedalam bahan2 yg ditumis tadi. Masukkan ayam dan masak ayam empuk. Masukkan santan. Masak sehingga mendidih dan kuahnya sedikit pekat. Masukkan terung dan kacang panjang.
4. Masuk garam, gula nisan dan serbuk kiub ayam. Masak sekejap.
Ayam Goreng Harum:
~1 ekor Ayam - potong kecik2
~Garam- 2 sudu kecik
~kunyit hidup - 2 inci tumbuk lumat
~serbuk kunyit - 1 sudu kecik
~serbuk cili - 1 sudu kecik
~*Daun kari 3 tangkai

Cara2nya
1) Ayam basuh bersih dan toskan.
2) Potong kecik. Lumurkan ayam dgn bahan2 diatas dan perapkan sekejap.
3) Goreng ayam dlm minyak terendam sampai sederhana garing.
Sambal Belacan Ala Kak Wok:-
4 biji cili kering - direbus
Cili padi ikut pedas
2 inci belacan
1 labu bawang besar dibakar
1 labu bawang putih dibakar
Gula, garam, perasa
Air asam jawa
Cara2nya:-

Day 4 with Indonesia.Travel to learn about local food in Jogja is all about chicken and sambal goreng. One of the local dish in Yogjakarta that we cooked is called ayam kalasan, and sambal goreng krecek. Supposed 2 separate dishes but I've plated them into a single dish and we name this dish "Kalasan Krecek Gorgeous". Throughout the cooking, Chef Iqbal of Hotel Alana thought us so much about the local palate and preferable flavor profile. Many would think that Indonesia is all about spicy food and nasi padang but Yogjarkata actually have a sweeter palate and uses a lot of brown or palm sugar in their cooking. Also combining plenty of spices and herbs, we made very delicious fried chicken. Here's a recipe to share :
For Ayam kalasan:
Bawang merah 250 gr
Bawang putih 100 gr
Lenhkuas (galangal) 50 gr
Ketumbar Bubuk (corainder) 50 gr
Daun salam (bay leaf) 5 lembar
Serai (lemon grass) 3 btg
Buah keras (candlenut) 200g
Gula Jawa 100 gr
Kecap Manis
Air kelapa 1 liter
Sambal goreng krecek:
Ingredient A:
Bawang merah 250 gr
Bawang putih 100 gr
Cabe merah (red chili) 250 gr
Rawit merah (cayenne)100 gr
Ketumbar Bubuk (coriander powder) 50 gr
Buah keras (candlenut) 200g
Ingredient B
Daun salam (bay leaf) 5 lembar
Serai (lemon grass) 3 btg
Lengkuas (galangal) 50 gr
Tempe 1 papan
Daun jeruk ( kaffir lime leaves) 5 lembar
Kerecek (beef skin) 1/2 kg
Some salt and pepper to taste accordingly to palate and the key to delicious (according to chef)...usually tambahlah sikit sikit kemeriahan.... aka.. msg. Hahahaha.
To make the chicken, blend and combine paste with liquid and have it boiled with chicken to simmer cook, before removing cooked chicken to deep fried . As a result, sweet tender chicken with slight crispy outer layer.
And to make sambal goreng krecek,blend A and cook it with B. Super easy and simple to make.
