•Gnocchi a la Parisienne with Shaved Black Truffle 🖤, Celtuce & Asparagus. Slightly pan fried style, the gnocchi is of the pillowy soft type. Good Truffle aroma too, nom nom.
•Also loved the Octopus Salad with Fregola Sarda pasta, Orange segments & Pomegranate

Great start to a meal at @le.bistro.winebeast . The previous chefs in the group have gone on to open Bouillon & also Nissa La Bella respectively. The movement is great for all diners, as here it is now being looked after by Lea ~ who brings with her also a Southern French accent to the food, with a tinge of Mediterranean! ☀
