Resepi Kuah Kacang Simple..
bahan bahan:
600 gm kacang tanah - disangai
5 biji bawang merah (besar)
½ cawan cili kering - dikisar
1 cawan gula melaka
1 sudu besar gula pasir - saya tambah
1 cawan minyak mazola
2-3 cawan air
Garam secukup rasa - saya guna 1/2 sudu besar garam halus
Cara cara:
1. Kacang tanah mestilah cukup masak sewaktu disangai. Dibuang kulit, disejukkan dan direndam seketika sebelum dikisar. Ketika kisar dalam blender, guna air secukupnya untuk gerakkan blender. Jangan terlalu banyak sangat air.
2. Bawang besar dimayang. Kemudian panaskan periuk guna 1 cawan minyak dan tumislah bawang hingga wangi. Kemudian masukkan cili kering kisar dan goreng sampai naik minyak.
3.Apabila sudah naik minyak, masukkan kacang yang telah diblend. Masukkan sebanyak kira kira 2-3 cawan air.
4.Bila sudah menggelegak, masukkan gula melaka dan garam. Kuah kacang mesti ada rasa manis sikit.
5. Kuah kacang ini akan menjadi pekat apabila ia sudah sejuk. Jadi, pandai pandailah nak mengagak banyak mana air yang hendak diletak.
Nota :
-- Boleh juga goreng kacang tanah bersama sedikit minyak dan ditumbuk dgn kulitnya sekali hingga separuh halus. Atau Goreng kacang dengan minyak hingga kuning angkat toskan.
-- Jika lebih, boleh disimpan di dalam freezer untuk tahan lama.
-- Sedap dimakan dengan satay, nasi himpit, bawang hiris, timun dan cili api bubuh kicap.

-1 ekor ayam (ambil kesemua isi ayam, potong dadu, cuci n toskan)
❗kulit ayam jgn buang ye, potong kecik, n perapkan sekali isi ayam)
Bhn blend
-2 labu bwg besar **
-5 ulas bwg merah (xnk letak pon Xpe, letak lg sedap)**
-1 labu bwg putih **
-2 Inci halia**
-4 btg serai **
(satukan kesemua bhn n blend dgn sdikit air)
Bhn perap
-2 keping gula melaka (potong kecil2/hiris2)
-1 ½ cwn gula (kena manis, baru sedap)
-2 sk garam
-4 sk serbuk kunyit
-3 sb jintan manis
CARA2
-dlm bekas besar, masukkan isi ayam yg tlh ditoskan.. Masukkan bhn blend + bhn perap..
-gaul sebati..

-perap semalaman Klu nk sedap.. (sy perap blk keje smlm, ptg td baru bkr)

Bahan2
-1 ½ cwn kacang tanah (goreng tanpa minyak, buang kulit, n blend/tumbuk separa halus. Sy blend je, jgn hlus sgt ye)
-segenggam cili kering (potong, rebus) **
-2 labu bwg besar **
-2 Inci halia **
(blend bhn bertnda **dgn sdikit air)
-1 btg serai (ketuk)
-2 kpg gula melaka
-1/2 cwn gula
-garam
-3 cwn air
-1 kotak santan
-2 kpg asam keping
Cara2
-panaskan minyak, jgn sikit sgt, jgn byk sgt..
-tumiskan bhn blend, masukkan serai.. (tumis smpai pecah minyak)
-masukkan kacang, gaul sebati..
-masukkan air, biar mndidih.. (api slow)
-Nmpk dh kering sikit, masukkan santan, gula melaka, gula, garam, n asam..
-masak sampai kuah Jd pekat..
-rasakan n boleh tmbh apa yg kurang..
-siap

Recipe of chicken satay merecikkk 😘
(for 1 chickens)
MATERIALS
- 1 chickens (take all the chicken, diced, wash and toss)
❗ don't throw away chicken skin, cut small, and think about the chicken together)
Bhn blend
- 2 pumpkins for large **
- 5 reputation of red (don't want to put it, it's okay) **
- 1 pumpkins in white **
- 2 Inch ginger **
- 4 pcs lemongrass **
(together all of the ingredients and blend with a little water)
Peraper material
- 2 pieces of melaka sugar (small cut / slices)
- 1 ½ cwn sugar (got sweet, then it's delicious)
- 2 sk salt
- 4 sk turmeric powder
- 3 sb sweet cumin
WAYS
- in large container, insert the content of the chicken that has been posted.. Insert blend material + peraper material..
- slang it well..
- can add something less, sugar / salt..
- stays overnight if it's delicious.. (I'm going back to work last night, just now I'm going to work)
- when it's dark, then just poke it..
- want to be delicious, insert chicken skin in the middle of the afternoon..
- overdreaming just now, take a bit, put it in a small bowl, and add some cooking oil.. (to neutralize the time, use 1 pieces of lemongrass tap the end)
- I burned it just now, it's been cooking for 5 minutes, because it's been overnight..
- the burn time is nejis with renjis.. Let the satay be wet..

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cwn nuts (fried without oil, eliminate skin, and blend / semi smooth mashed. I just blend it, don't be too late)
- a handful of dry chili (cut, boil) **
- 2 pumpkins for large **
- 2 Inch ginger **
(blend the body with a bit of water)
- 1 btg serai (knock)
- 2 kpg sugar melaka
- 1/2 cwn of sugar
- salt
- 3 cwn of water
- 1 box of coconut milk
- 2 kpg asam keping
Ways
- heat the oil, don't be too much, don't be too much..
- stir-fry blend material, insert lemongrass.. (stir fry until burst oil)
- insert peanuts, slang it..
- insert water, let it boil.. (slow fire)
- Finding a little dry, insert coconut milk, melaka sugar, sugar, salt, and sour..
- cook until the gravy is thick..
- feel and can add anything less..
