Bahan bahan:
I ekor ayam – potong 4
1 sudu kecil serbuk jintan manis
1 sudu kecil serbuk jintan putih
2 sudu besar serbuk lada putih
Cengkih, bunga lawang, kayu manis, pelaga
1 cawan santan pekat
Garam
Serbuk perasa
Bahan Kisar:
5 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
1 inci kunyit hidup
3 batang serai - ketuk
Cara cara:
Tumis bahan rempah penumis, bahan serbuk dan bahan kisar sehingga wangi. Masukkan air dan masak sehingga mendidih. Masukkan serai dan lada putih.
Masukkan ayam dan bila masak, dikeluarkan ayam dan digoreng sehingga kekuningan. Bila sejuk, bolehlah dicarik halus.
Masukkan santan dalam kuah mendidih, serbuk perasa dan garam.
Bolehlah diangkat untuk dihidangkan bersama nasi impit atau mee hoon yang dicelur.
Sambal Cili
Segenggam cili padi
1 biji bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
Kicap cair
Gula
Blend segenggam cili padi dan bawang bawang. Masuk air dan masak sekejap. Masuk kicap cair dan gula.
Bahan bahan Lain:
Taugeh – goreng tanpa minyak
Daun sup – hiris
Daun bawang – hiris
Bawang goreng
Soon goreng (jgn cuci, terus digoreng)
Begedil
Mee hoon – celur
Nasi Impit – potong kecil
Kacang tanah - goreng

Ingredients:
I chicken tail - cut 4
1 small spoons of sweet cumin powder
1 small spoons of white cumin powder
2 tablespoons of white pepper powder
Cloves, lawang flower, cinnamon, cardamom
1 cups of thick coconut milk
Salt
Flavour powder
Ingredients of Blend:
5 review of red onion
3 review of garlic
1 inches of ginger
1 inches of live turmeric
3 sticks of lemongrass - knock
How to do it:
Stir-fry ingredients of sauteed spices, powder ingredients and ingredients until it smells good. Insert water and cook until boiling. Insert lemongrass and white pepper.
Insert chicken and when cooking, remove chicken and fry until yellow. When it's cold, it can be pulled smoothly.
Put coconut milk in boiling gravy, flavor powder and salt.
Can be lifted to be served with nasi impit or mee hoon that is covered.
Chili Sambal
A handful of chili chili
1 large onions
2 review of garlic
Melt soy sauce
Sugar
Blend a handful of chili and onions. Get in the water and cook for a while. Enter the melted soy sauce and sugar.

Bean sprouts - fry without oil
Soup leaves - slice
Onion leaves - slice
Fried onions
Soon fried (don't wash, fried straight away)
Begedil begedil
Mee hoon - deep deep
Impit Rice - small cut

@theshepherdoomalaysia is the cafe I talked about in my instagram stories, they serve a fusion of Mexican Italian food.
My favorite dish was the Chuleta de Polloc 👑 The mash potatoes is to die for I love it to bits, the fried chicken chop is served with sauteed onions and mushrooms and topped with an egg.
My husband had the Perna Rojo Vivo, we found it really special, the marinated red hot chicken thighs were not spicy but it was really fragrance, as for drinks we tried the Kiwi Smoothie and Blue Ocean.
Truly enjoy my night with the amazing food and drinks 🍸

We miss Penang food. So today we will bring you to Pulau Penang. But because Max doesn't eat fish and Dirk is on a vegan diet, so vegetarian then!
You will need to prepare mushroom broth as the base. I didnt have mushrooms, so I did not show u in the video. You can grind the mushroom to add thickness to the soup! Also I had too little chili in the soup. Be Brave, add more!
Ingredients for 4 to 5 servings :
For the actual Laksa paste -
. 5 fresh chillies if u like it spicy
. 12 shallots
. 2 stalks lemongrass
. 4 cloves garlic
. 1 small piece turmeric around 3cm size
. 1 small piece of fresh peeled galangal (or ginger) 4 to 5cm size
. 1 tablespoon vegan shrimp paste (or miso)
- Blend all that into a paste, then saute in hot oil for 8 to 10mins -
For The BROTH :
. 6 to 7 cups of water or Mushroom broth
. around 6 pieces of Asam Keping or tamarind paste 3 tbsp. brown sugar
. salt for tasting
. 1 tbsp soy sauce
. one or more rolls of cut vegetarian fish
- Boil all together with the sauteed paste -
For Garnishing:
. Daun kesum leaves/ asam leaves
. Fresh mint. thin sliced ginger flower and lemon grass
. Chopped or sliced pineapple
. Finely sliced red onions
. Vegetarian shrimp paste for tasting
. some cut lime . you can also add thin slices of lettuce
Last but not least, the Laksa noodles or thick vermicelli/Bihun noodles.
